After reading the rules,
I think this thread is more suited for chatting
because there isnt much to debate since
this isnt a canon couple
but besides it not being a canon couple,
I do think that if it did happen it would last.

Mind if I step in just for fun? Didnt think so. Here is my one little contribution for the time being. Tifa said she flat out hated Zack in Last Order. Ill pull the exact line in a little while when I watch it again.

Actually, Shuyin lives in Masschusets (Man that's hard to spell, and sorry for the misquote thingy...).
The Last Order, keep on getting it confused with Last Resort, is a Japanese short film featuring some of the movie sequences from the game. Such as when Tifa leads Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth to the Mako Reactory and Sephiroth loses his fruit loops and kills everything in his path.
It's got some errors with the game, like something about the sword and her father being in the wrong places, but, it's nice. I've never been able to find it, but, I've seen clips of it...


As for TifAck... Damn, they used Fack.... Heheheh

If what Shuyin says is true, and Tifa just flat out said she hated Zack... That's really, really crazy, man! Heheh, like one of the few times she isn't kind and motherly... Still like CloTi more, I just can't see this one working as well as CloTi....

As far as Tifa and Zack is concerned they would make a good looking couple and they would probably get along for a little while but in the end Tifa would end up getting sick of his layback joking around attitude. Tifa would never be able to take the guy seriously. Zack on the other hand would probably always be trying to compare her to Aeris since she was the only girl he seemed to really love.

Oh and Just for refrence Tifa did say she hated Zack here is proof



Now to address the other stuff that was said

First of all TifaxBarret is just disgusting stare xp And Second Tifa never said she wanted a real hero or a solder first class. In fact when Cloud said that he was going to join solder she said "Why?" it didn't sound like she wanted him to leave at all. But once she realized that he was going to leave all she said was that she wanted Cloud to be there if she was ever in trouble which he was. Also whoever thought of Cloud and Aeris was weird. I mean hypothetically speaking even if Cloud did love Aeris in a romantic way he would get sick and tired of her fake and unnatural happy attitude 24/7. She's like the Mary Sue queen while Cloud is the prince of depression. That would be like a Goth going out with a prep. It's not done in real life and if it ever was I can guarantee that it never lasted. The only place that kind of relationship works is in the movies. Also someone that doesn’t feel sad or angry isn't normal. I have taken three Psychology classes in college and people that are always happy and are never sad or angry have a severe psychological problem. So either Aeris is psychologically disturbed somehow or she's completely faking the fact that she all sweet and innocent. Tifa on the other hand doesn’t fake anything. She is honest about her feelings and her feelings toward Cloud. That’s the kind of person Cloud needs. He needs someone who can face him and tell him the truth about his actions and be honest with each other and themselves. All the Cleris like to say that Tifa was being mean and yelling at Cloud in Advent Children. She wasn't being mean or yelling. She told Cloud exactly what he needed to hear. He needed to stop feeling sorry for himself and moping about things that weren’t his fault. He needed to stop running away from the people that he loved just because he thought he couldn't protect them. Any good girlfriend or wife would have told their significant other the same thing. Do you think Aeris would have had the guts to do the same thing as Tifa. Hell no. It's not within her character to do something like that. Instead she would probably just say "Oh Cloud everything will be ok" and give him a hug. So as far as Cloud and Tifa going nuts is concerned take this into consideration. By the time Derg of Cerberus comes around Cloud and Tifa had been living together in the same house raising two children for a year. I also know that lots of Cleris like to say “Oh but Barret is with them so it doesn’t count. Wrong. Barret is still working on the oil well and only stops by every now and then to see Marleen. Also in DC Cloud and Tifa both look very happy talking to each other even though they were in the middle of a fight. So going nuts I think not.
