Does anyone talk to the game characters on the tv screen? Or am i just wierd?
I admit it's a bad gaming habbit. but I can't help it.
So does any one else have a bad habbit when they play video games?

So does any one else have a bad habbit when they play video games? Does being unable to stop playing count as a bad habit? Where even when you're prodded by friends to do other things or pleaded with by your at-the-time girlfriend to come to bed, it still takes a half-dozen attempts or fifteen minutes (whichever's longer). 'Cause if so I gotta bad habit.

My brother has a habit of leaving the controlers on the floor face down. *eye twitch* That totally wrecks the analog sticks. What's even worse is when he does it to my controlers!

I have bad habit of talking to the game and cursing the charecters whom i cant seem to beat at the given time.

bad habit of...reloading everytime i shoot a bullet or so, if i kill an enemy with a couple bullets even one. If there are no more enemies then i reload (sometimes bad when random ones come out of nowhere and im stuck reloading). Of course my friend has the mistake of leaving one bullet in his clip then when he goes to battle bunch of monsters he shoots once then like "DAMN, i have to reload" lol

I controller throw at times, espcially when I get a game over.
I have a bean bag chair that I toss the controller into when I get mad. It hepls curb the anger.

I yell at characters and blame them for my mistakes in the game, I get frustrated and just turn off the game no matter where am I without saving, I spin the control but the cord when I'm waiting long fmgs, and I sometimes push the buttons on the controller with my bottom lip... leaving your occassional drool on it if I'm half sleep.... stare sweatdrop

If a game offers customization, I will make the goofiest looking character possible. Gaia is the only exception.... For some odd reason, I can't make a "cool" looking character and be satisfied with it. It's gotta look like it fell down a flight of stairs in a Goodwill or something... xd

Well, I talk to the characters, and when I start, I do not stop normally for about 15 hours, or until I am forced off, whichever is first. And I do not take too good care of my machines either.

surprised yeah it happens all the time to me. i get so involved in the game that my palms get all hot and sweaty and i can't take my eyes off the screen. it is just so intense sometimes, you actually feel like you are in the game. that's when you know you're playing a good game.

I have a really bad habit of cursing at the screen when I can't get past a certain level or beat a certain boss. Sometimes I get so mad I break my controllers neutral
also, me and my brother ((I think it might be a genetic thing)) have this nasty habit of starting a game, and not stopping until we beat it. It's a bad habit because sometimes it becomes an obsession which isn't very good in my opinion.

Yup. i have to say, there have only been A couple like that, and both were Bioware games. Jade Empire and Kotor are just too good to put down once you start. Anyway, off topic. Sorry bout that.
