I'm going to (kind of) steal a page from Sosi on this. >.> Elena has quite a few pets, and I can't, in good conscience, put them all on the front page of her journal because it's already rather image intensive.

The first 'pet' Elena got was her Fandangle, Rasalus. He's quite a handful, doesn't like Jerava, and has been steadily growing more and more annoying to Elena. Having grown (relatively) recently, Salus has now acquired hands, legs, and the means to get into further mischief. He views himself as Elena's guardian/protector/teacher and Jer has a sneaking suspicion that if Rasalus was human or more of a humanoid, he'd be in love with his Bond. Elena isn't quite sure what to make of him, now that he's grown and harder to take along when she goes out of the House. Bit of a drought between Salus and the next pets, acquired at the same time. Christmas presents from Rasalus and Laure, Sagi and Ries are a pair of blue Embermites, one Nice and the other Naughty. They're mischevious and prone to hiding in places solely to scare someone with the pseudo-smoke that they emit. They came from coal, which Elena was not pleased to see with her name on it. She had, of course, forgotten that she'd purchased similar gifts for her friends via the Internet and her mum's credit card earlier that month. Emini was found one morning on the doorstep, which continues to be a source of much puzzlement for Jerava. Things do not appear on the doorstep unless they have first gone through Nima's house, and the computers didn't record any transits from there that night. At any rate, the starry fur of the StarFox pretty much sealed who she was there for; Elena immediately claimed her. Emini is quiet, dignified, and reserved, unless she's been around the StarDust dragons, in which case she is frisky and rambunctious. No one's quite sure how Cer arrived at the house - he just appeared one day. Jer is still investigating how these things slip through the dimensional cracks, or however they do it, but she has yet to find any holes, cracks, or anomalies in her construction. At any rate, Cer attached himself to Elena before she could even say the word 'Mine!' Cer is typically bemused by the antics of Elena's other pets, and uses the fact that he can fly to avoid most of them. Chi, Cer's owlpod assistant, is quiet and secretive. Usually not seen, Elena typically finds him by hunting down the source of the quiet music she hears in her room late at night. Name: Cer Type: E-Mouse Acquired on: January 31st, 2006

These two koi were gifts from Chailyn, one of the first few Tales Elena met. Since Jerava already has a koi pond, with ones much like these two, Elena insisted that she get her own pond. This rapidly spiralled out of control, and now Elena has a balcony with stairs leading down into a walled garden area. At any rate, Elena never named the koi, and still only has the two. Despite the fact that they're in a rather large pond and koi grow to fit their surroundings, they've remained the same size. Although Hithlain was originally Jerava's (hence the name), after a month, the Volu was still skittish and hadn't really warmed up to her erstwhile owner. The only person who could really get close to her was Elena, and eventually Jer just gave in and let the Tale have her. Hithlain is still on occasion skittish, but she's certainly become more bold when it comes to finding her own food, much to Anli's exasperation. Jer was a little bit confused by the appearance of five clay easter eggs on her front porch, but when they 'hatched' into little creatures not entirely unlike the Mozou she'd gotten previously, she let Elena and Arya each pick one for their very own. Elena went for one of the two egg-painting minis Jer had gotten, and named it Alai for whatever reason. Alai has often painted things other than eggs, some of which gets hir into a lot of trouble. By the time Jer figured out that the jewel was actually an egg, and the Dream inside was supposed to be hers, it was too late. Olorin had already hatched, and bonded to Elena. Jer still got to name the Dreamlet, as a compromise with Elena. Rin's 'food' is graciousness, which is one of the reasons Jer doesn't particularly mind not having the Dream around her. Elena was thrilled to find that out, however, as to keep Rin fed she'd have to act like a proper princess. Olorin is calm, sedate, and a little pudgy around the middle. Capri's birdbath was one of Jer's birthday gifts to Elena. Neither one of them knew that a fuzzy little Huliao would arrive at the birdbath, but Capri is a welcome addition to Elena's life, as the Huliao are guardians of gardens and Elena has one, albeit on a small scale. Capri spends most of her time outdoors, and only occasionally is found anywhere other than Elena's garden. She does sometimes go out into Gaia, usually coming back with a seed or plant clipping to place in the garden. If it keeps up, Elena will likely have to expand it. Isilya's scroll was another of Elena's birthday gifts (nevermind that I have misplaced this image), and the Kirin's arrival was only a mild surprise, all things considered. The only downside, for Elena, was that Anarya also got a Kirin-scroll. Silya is calm and reassuring, often a source of strength for Elena. No one's quite sure if she has any powers or not, since she's only just arrived, but she should be due for a growth spurt any day now. Azer and Hadar arrived at the same time, although their markings made it quite clear who's was who's. Ithron, Jer's Kyuu, was very put out about all of this, but it's not like Elena cares about how he feels. Hadar is flirty and as loquacious, at least as much as a dragon who can't speak English can be. He (again, masculine vibe) enjoys chasing after anything that can fly, and likes to spend time in Gaia with Elena. Name: Hadar Type: Kyuu Acquired On: July 20th, 2006

This is Eridani, who has gone through several name changes as I have never before written it down. She's a Kuda Kitsune. Arya has one, of course, which means Elena got a bit grumpy about getting them. She's so goofy like that.
