The silver haired girl stepped along the long path, into the church. "Oh my goddness. It's so.." She paushed as she continued to walk along, looking at everything, also trying to think of the word to use. "Magnificent? Amazing? No..Maybe that's a little to normal." She continued to mumble on. Tsukai put her hand in her hair and pushed the hanging strand of hair behind her ear. She looked infront of her, as the statue of a angel, perhaps, stood there. It was.. Gah. Beautiful. Yes. I'll use that word. She smiled to herself as she looked at it.

Tsukai fiddled with her long black skirt, pulling it into a proper position as she took a seat. The place was relaxing. She just wanted to say a few things to herself, to get things clear. Her violet sweater looked good with her hair. It cut off at the top of her chest. Her eyes looked at the beautiful statue , studying, while really she was having a deep conversation in her mind.

"I should be fine, there was just so much going on that it became too much for my mind to process, to figure out, and to find some way that I could help, instead of feeling so helpless and useless. " Miaya said looking up at himand her current surroundings, slowly she dropped her head so she was looking down at the ground. " I'm sorry for causing you so much trouble. " she said knowing from what she'd seen, he didn't seem the type who liked to be bothered; She figured something like this would be irritating to him or something along that line. She had been surprised by his offer to take her somewhere calmer, it had been the first time anyone had offered to help her in such a sittuation, that she wasn't going to turn it down. She was usually one to do things on her own, so she was even surprising herself with her actions lately.

Miaya listened to all he had to say, she thought about the question he had asked her. Deep inside she understood why she had come to the school or at least she thought she did, but she'd never really thought about it, in a manner of words.

"I'm not really sure, " she answered honestly. " I guess it's partly because it was the only place I found that I might stand a chance at fitting in, i've always been outcasted and turned away because of my powers, so I had to hide them or at least try to hide them. I don't want to have to hide them anymore." she continued "But mostly I think it's because I've hurt so many people with my powers over the years, me and my stupid emotions are to thank for that, I don't want to hurt anyone anymore. So I came here hoping to find some way to break the tie between my powers and emotions, or at least be able to control both better. " she said pausing for a second. " or just get rid of them all together... so I can go home.. " she said quietly. She wanted so much to be able to go home and be remembered to be wanted again, to belong somewhere.

Miaya looked at him, and then up at the sky wondering what it was up there he was looking at. "I guess your right." she conceded. " I've been working on training my mind and body and all that. I just wish it wasn't so hard. " She said a smile appearing on her face as she thought about it more. " I guess that's kind of the point though. If it was meant to be easy, a whole lot of what happened to me wouldn't have happened, I wouldn't have come here looking for some sort of answer to my problem...and I-" she paused " ... I wouldn't have met you. " she said adverting her gaze away from him a light blush spreading across her face out of embarrassment for having said that.

Miaya smiled, nodded her head and looked over at Shepard. "I understand, Some things are more important to you right now and maybe forever. " she said. " That's admirable, really, to be able to keep focus on something for so long. In another sense it seems sort of sad as well. A life like that would eventually, probably lead to great loneliness." she said. " but I do understand and I would never ask you to change. If someone were to truly like someone else they'd have to like that person for who they are, and any change brought on by them, would make that person untrue to who they are making any feelings toward that person false. " she said hoping she was still making sense, she didn't want to leave him confused and in turn herself confused.

"That's good to know." Miaya said slowly getting up and walking over to him so she was standing beside him. "so I guess if something is meant to happen between us then it will, and if not, then I guess no harm done. " Miaya said, looking off into the distance, she felt as though she was in a dream, with part of her scared of what would happen next wanting to wake up, the other part of her anxiously waiting for what would happen next not wanting to wake up; which only left her a bit confused.

Miaya stood there in shock, for a few seconds, from both what he had said and the kiss. Slowly she embraced the kiss, her eyes closed as she returned it. She felt as though she had butterflies in her stomach, she felt nervous and happy at the same time; She had never felt that way before, no one had ever made her feel this way. She wished that feeling would never go away.
