Lady Sickness Period's suck. I want to get fixed like my cats! surprised Sadly you'd bleed. sweatdrop My mom had her tubes tied after my brother was born and it didn't stop the periods, she just can't get pregnant. I asked why is it that humans still bleed after getting 'fixed' ad dogs don't but she had no idea, just sucks for us human females, we have to wait years to go through menapause and then we'll just be bitchy and emotional all day for months on end dealing with hot flashes and mood swings. Fun rolleyes

I won't bleed if I get ALL of it removed... ninja I'd go through menopause sooner, and Wookie might divorce me due to my bitchiness... Ah hell, that's no better than having a period. crying

Both those stop menstration apparantly.

It prevents babys and helps with the cramps and mood swings and makes it shorter but you still bleed, unless your on that new one that gives you 4 periods a year but I'd freak out if I took that. I like getting my period monthly cause it means I'm not pregnant! I'd be a nervous wreck thinking OMG am I pregnant? is this pill working? I'd rather just deal with some blood then stress for months at a time.

T.T My cramping is the worst. I woke up yesterday and everything was fine...got to school and I just couldn't move. I was in so much pain...Ok I could move but It hurt to the point that I felt that I could just throw up. I was dizzy and weak. I was in the middle of my class and I had to walk out. The teacher looked at me like I was crazy. I jumped in my car and drove home. Not a good way to impress the college professor.

There's only one thing that's made my periods stop entirely. I was on the shot for about a year, and didn't have my period during that whole time. It was magical. 4laugh
I've generally been fortunate to start, usually, right when I wake up most of the time. Starting during school must suck. eek

I hardly ever get cramps, but when I do they hurt like a b***h...pardon my language. blaugh I mostly get really bad headaches and end up sleeping a lot extra for a few days.
I agree with Nikki, I'd be freaked out if I didn't have my period. I don't like it, but if it tells me I'm not pregnant then I don't mind so much! lol

As for cramping. I learned that they are tied to the mood swings and getting angry. Try not to get angry because that equates into pain for you later. Once i figured that out i stopped getting mad and either laughed stuff off or just removed myself from hostle situations. -My cramps were the worst i couldnt even get out of bed. Now i almost never get them.
I dunno why you guys complain about it, it's they way we are put together. just learn to deal. It's part of being female and i luff being a Grrrl.

Is it wrong that i am enthralled?
Something i heard makes cramps less difficult is like putting a hot water bottle on your abdomen and holding it their and just sitting with your boyfriend talking about stuff. Not anything serious just fun little things that make you both laugh.
*strokes his chin and looks at the wall*
yeah...those were the days.
