The sleek, crimson female could almost feel tears of joy as she touched the soil of her homeland's. It was a brief visit to see how her family where doing, but the joy welled up inside her chest like some clawed paw had just taken hold of her lungs and started to squeeze them. The corner's of her mouth acheing from the Chesire-like smile she wore as she trotted toward's the majestic form of Pride Rock.
As she stood in it's shadow, she couldn't help but look around and continue her cheek acheing smile as she looked out for any member of her family, sister, brother, father, mother. She wanted to see them all! And most of all she wanted to see the pride, who'd joined since she left! Who'd left since she left! So many question's, so much joy, her heart almost skipping a beat as she trotted happily up the stone path to the main den's.

Mtima'safi was out for a walk the afternoon that Kianga made her visit home, and as usual her wings were hidden from sight. She and her family did not live on Pride Rock, but it was somewhere the goddess enjoyed being. There was a lot of life around Priderock, and she half expected (or was it hoped?) to find one of her cubs around- she couldn't help but be curious about their whereabouts. The goddess stood out in the sunny part of the rock, and caught sight of the brightly colored lioness just before she came into view.
Not only could the goddess see the lioness' good soul, but she could see the joy in her. The way she smiled, the eager way she moved.. It made Mtima stop and smile.
"Hello there," she dared to call out, at least to greet the happy stranger. If she was intruding on something important, she would not hinder her.

The daughter of the Firekin Prince and Pridelander Nanny paused and turned to what appeared to her to be a lovely golden lioness with purple marking's. A new lioness to join the pride while she was gone exploring the land beyond her home? The smile grew and she took a step closer before sitting down infront of the new female.
"Oh! Hello, ma'am." She said politely, looking over her once more as her white tail tuft flickered in and out of view.
She adored meeting new people, it made her happy to reaffirm old family bond's and make new one's with lions that had joined her old Pride. Not that she didn't think herself as a Pridelander any more, oh no, she was still the same. And so proud to be apart of it.
"My name is Kianga, I do hope I'm not intruding on anything your doing." She said softly, the smile still there as her warm brown eye's watched the lovely female.

Mtima gave the lioness a friendly smile, greatly pleased to have her be comfortable enough to come right over and sit. She took a moment to admire Kianga's lovely fur before taking a seat across from her. It was particularly impressive that she was even polite, more polite than one might expect in a casual meeting.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Kianga," Mtima said politely, wrinkling her nose in a small smile at the name- it definetely seemed suitable. "My name is Mtima'safi, but you may call me Mtima. You're not intruding on me, though I may be intruding on you. You looked like you were in a hurry."

The red lionesses ears placed against her skull as an embarassed chuckle released from her throat, oh yes, she had looked that way huh? She felt a bit, well, foolish now, but never the less, kept the happy exterior she always had around people. But she nodded to her. "It's a pleasure to meet you also Mtima." She started, watching her as her ears perked back up. The joy bubbling inside her as a purr escaped her maw and she nodded softly. "Yes, I was in a hurry, I was wanting to see my family again after exploring past the Pride Land borders."

Though Mtima could have guessed this fact, she was a bit surprised to hear that Kianga's family was here. Kianga's appearance was quite different from what Mtima had seen of the royal family, and her impression from Kiza had been that gold was prominent- clearly it was not so. It didn't need to be said, though, that familys do not always look a lot alike.
"You've been exploring?" she asked brightly, deciding to try not to take too much of the happy home-coming lioness' time, "Did you find anything you liked?"

The lioness looked at her, a curious smile at the suprised look that appeared on the other female. However, she then nodded at her questions. She'd seen a lot that she'd liked and so much that was so new and bright to the young female who had barely seen the outside of the Pride Land's before going off on her own.
"Oh yes! I saw the Ela'wadiyi pride lands! It was amazing!" She said enthusiasticly.

"Ela'wadiyi," Mtima repeated the strange name the lioness mentioned, commiting it to memory. There were so many prides and lands she'd not taken the time to really see despite being a goddess, the lands she knew best were no longer truly inhabited. She was always eager to here about these places, on the advice of a young lion she had sought out another land and found it to be quite beautiful.
"What's it like? The land and the pride," she asked curiously, a bright smile on her face, "What made it so amazing?"

Where did she start? Kianga gave a rumbling purr as she thought over her next choice of words, ears flicking up and down against her skull before she finally found the sentance she was after. Sometime's, through her excitement, it took a little longer to think through the proper choice of word's.
"Well for one." She started. "The lions had the most beautiful tattoo's all over their bodies, so intricate and stood out against their pelts."
She then fidgeted slightly where she sat while trying to get more comfortable.
"And there were these HUGE mountains that stretched up to the sky, even higher then Pride Rock, it was just...incredible!"

Mtima's smile deepened when Kianga started to purr and consider her words carefully, it was wonderful to see others so happy. Cheerfulness was quite often contagious, and it was making the goddess feel rather nice. The description of the tattoos got a curious tilt of the head from her, and she tried to imagine what they must look like. It was hard to imagine highly patterned pelts with many tattoos, so what came to mind was instead beautiful, solid colored fur with almost claw-like marks covering it.
"Moutains?" Mtima repeated suddenly, drawn out of her imagination to the description of great mountains. She smiled, these were something she knew. Moutains were not unique to one land, "Mountains are rather incredible. Did you travel up one of the mountains at all, or just pass by?"
She was asking a lot of questions, but Kianga was rather enthusiastic. And unless the red lioness started asking her questions, Mtima would be quite happy to go on forever about this trip.

Kianga was pleased to get such reactions out of the golden female, ears perked forward in deepend thought at her questions. She'd just been travelling to get back here, but she couldn't mind whether she had or hadn't come past or trek any of the mountain's. However she then nodded.
"I travelled a few, but they where a little bit smaller then the ones I saw at the Ela' lands." She stated softly, however as she looked at her her mind started to click.
A few questions of her own popped into her head and she smiled softly.
"May I ask?" She started. "How long have you been in the Pride Lands?"

"Oh, very good," she murmured, wondering how big the mountains must be there to make others seem small in comparison. Mtima smiled back at Kianga just when she asked questions in return instead of offering only replies.
"I've been here a short while," she replied naturally. The goddess had been there long enough to fall in love and have cubs. To her, it'd still been a short time, if only due to immortality, "I like it here a great deal."

The female smiled softly, ear's raising upwards as she listened to her. Tail flicking back and forth as she listened intently, only to nod softly as she thought over another question. "Have you made any new friends?" She asked curiously, soft brown eye's watching her as her creamy paws fidgeted slightly from where she sat.

"I've made many new friends here," Mtima replied with evident pleasure in her voice, "Not all of them are in the Pride here, though. Several were merely travellers coming through. This is where I met my mate.."
She trailed off, thinking happily of Kiza. He'd been so accepting of everything, and she'd obviously thrown him a couple of strange, unique curves.

The female's eye's widened and started to shine. A mate!? Oh my...did that mean there were CUBS involved aswell? A smile came to her maw instantly. Well...a larger one than the one she had on.
"A mate? Does that mean you have a litter?"
((I am SO sorry crying I was away for the weekend and forgot to mention it))
