himatami1313: but nyway, I decided how they get their relic and such
himatami1313: it involves them dying.
3nodding Ruby Flu: Ooo o_o Sounds iiinteresting
himatami1313: okay your character is doing or going through something similar to the god they're going to get. then they die somehow whether in a manner similar to their deity(like the person who gets Kevashi could die of a broken heart or the person who gets Veserion gets killed for what they are be it race religion color or sexual preferance)
Ruby Flu: Oooh wow
himatami1313: they wake up in the middle of a busy highway-cars going in every direction- before them, at the center of the highway is a coffee table(its placed so half is in each lane)
himatami1313: Floating behind the coffeetable, a cup of an unknown drink in her hand, is a woman. Before her on the table is a plate of pastries and another cup of the same liquid.
Ruby Flu: Whoa. Nifty.
himatami1313: This highway has very undefined dividing lines between the lanes and the drivers are reckless. They tend to nearly hit you and the woman several times. She will invite you to sit down upon the air on your side of the coffee table and have the drink she has laid out for you. She will tell you a story about a deity who was much in your postion and what happened to them. Then she says she will allow you to return to life if you accept her terms
Ruby Flu: Ohh that is cool
himatami1313: anyway she tells you if you wish to return to your life you have to live on a spaceship in the universe these gods are from and care for a reborn one of them and deal with all of the things that doing such a thing entails then you are free to do as you please with your second chance at life as soon as the obligation is through. You can choose to stay in the now adult deity's life or just go back to yours. If you decline then she will wave her hand and your soul will go to either heaven or hell-whereever it belongs- but if you accept she will give you the relic, and tell you to care for it. Then a truck will come speeding down the highway, drive through her and the coffee table-both of which it passes through without a problem- and you will be sent flying. When you wake up again from being passed out you'll be on the ship.

himatami1313: I've had the coffeetable in the middle of the highway concept in my mind with no real purpose for a while since sometime last march
Ruby Flu: XD Well that's cool how you put it to use
himatami1313: its actually an interesting story as to where the idea came from.
himatami1313: I was walking home from CVS one day and I was just wandering down the street not really caring how long it took to get home cause I had my brand new CD on and wanted to hear it and stuff
himatami1313: well the way I was walking I had to walk straight down mainstreet(I was on the sidewalk though)
well I walked past this one house and there was a guy with his teenage daughter, and they were carrying a coffee table across the street. Midway the traffic from the other side of the street was allowed to go so they had to stop in the middle and set the coffee table down while they waited(it was put so that it was straight down the divide not like I had it in my description) and then they went on crossing the street. But for a moment I'd just had the idea of sitting down at a coffee table in the middle of the street for some reason
