Do not chew too much of that gum called Stride, it has a large S on the from of the package.
But once again, do not chew too much of this gum because it makes gums sensitive. After chewing a lot of that gum, my gums are very sensitive and a little swollen. They also bleed a lot when I brush them. They never bled this much when I brushed my teeth. Recently, I've started brushing my teeth twice a day. But anyway, when I spit, it's red. When I used to, before Stride, it would just be white, the way it should be, or a little pink because I brushed too hard... But now I brush lightly, and it's pain and bleeding. I might have to go to the dentist... I hope not.
