My new and improved log! Here I will document: Food intake, Calories, Activity and Water consumption. I'll also keep you (and me) updated on how my weightloss is going!  Me! Before and (hopefully) after. This is a model of what I look like now, and what I will look like when I reach my final weight loss goal!

Start:235 First goal counter: FIRST GOAL MET! Second goal counter: Rewards! 200-new riding pants190-new riding helmet 180-cross country vest 170-show jacket 160-a nice saddle and my friend Amy says if I hit 150 I can have her mule. Lol.

Monday September 25th
~~~~~ -Breakfast- 1 1/4 cup special k+ 1/4 cup bran,+skim milk,+1/2 tsp sugar 1 cup Gunpowder Green tea (which actually smells like gunpowder, strangely) 2 vitamin C tablets, 1 vitamin E tablet * 1 green apple * -Lunch- mushroom soup sandwich on whole grain w/ cheese, ham, lettuce tomato granola bar
* -Dinner- 2 chicken fajitas

-Exercise- Walk to school, brisk, 1/2 hour Up 4 sets of stair x5 reps, about 15mins
~~~~~ Was in a hurry, so had to get fast food for dinner, or eat too late at night X_X Had fajitas, no fries or drink. Hmmm. Processed cheese on the sandwich=bad.
