Ok, here's the few rules we have here, follow them, and you should be fine.
1. Please, no extremely similar RPGs, that means no more than one naruto-based, age of gods, etc. PLEASE look for a thread with a similar RPing theme before making your own. If we get enough interest in a single area, and enough people are active, i'll change this rule.
2. follow the ToS
3.before creating an RPG, post the ENTIRE premise (see below) in this thread, and wait for me or TheBloodRed to OK it.people seem to miss this one often, so I bolded it and such
4. If your RPG is still under construction, it can't be deleted
5. If an RPG is inactive for long enough then it will be deleted. Inactive means that there hasn't been a MEANINGFUL post for over a week. How long I wait depends on how many people have joined, wether or not it's already started, and if I've been notified that it's been put on hold due to vacation or something. I will PM everyone in the RPG before i delete it. If I get a response from either the creator OR over half the people who have joined (if more than two joined) saying they would like to continue I won't delete it.

Hooray Suggested guidelines, you don't need to follow them
Plot/premise description:
1 to 2 sentences minimum, prefrably a paragraph
your character:
any info you want, at least add physical appearance, and background
character creating form:
needs as many categories as are in your character description
background (optional, but will help get your idea accepted):
anything descpribing events that have already happened, what the surroundings are like, etc.
intro(impossible to not include):
varies depending on style
omniscient/omnipotent/overseer: a paragraph (third person)
openng speech/reflections of your character: a few sentences, maybe more (first person)
opening interaction/action: a sentence, depending on what you want to say/do (first person)
these will help your RPG be a sucessful one, unless it's not storyline driven

Please take the time to read the current RP Thread index!! It will help you pick an RP that is just for you without reading all those pages! It will also prevent you from making repeat threads. 3nodding
