You play PC I presume? If so, it's a pretty long and drawn out folder, but here is the gist:
My Computer > C: (or whatever drive you installed FFXI to) > Program Files > Play Online > Square enix > PlayOnline Viewer > pub > home01 > open > screenshots > FFXI
Your route may vary only slightly, but this should be enough to get you there. Hope that helps.
EDIT: If you're on PC I suggest looking into the program: Fraps.
http://www.fraps.com You can just stick with the free version. It's an awesome program.
