The capital city of the Kanto region, and the International Coalition of Free Peoples, Indigo City is one of the few cities to survive both Wars with minimal devastation. This was due to the heavy military presence defending the city during the Dark Pokemon Wars, and the presence of a shadow dome protecting the city during most of the League Wars.
Today, Indigo City looks much as it did years ago, before the outset of the Dark Pokemon Wars, save the fact that the Palace of the Elite Four no longer exists.
In its place is the headquarters of the ICFP, the building from which the worldwide government is led and maintained. Representatives of every major region and organization that comprises the ICFP, including the Republic of Seafoam, can be found at any time in the ICFP Headquarters.
