In a world of Nekoians there is only way drug worth getting. Katnip. In "The Alley" a undergorund bar they sell it. This bar is very dark with many shadey characters. They have managed to play off the cops, but they still do have the KP(kitty police) snooping around. Of course being cats, some pay them off with katnip. It's truely unresistible.
The bar is huge for a bar. Pool table, arcades, catpost, kitty toys, and of course neko boys and girls. There are several rooms reserved for doing catnip.
(in case u don't know what katnip does, it makes cats frisky and playful and see thinjgs, like taking X, and i do wish to see some people intoxicated under it's affects)
Anyways I'm the mafia-like owner of this bar.
Oken Tac at your service. I've heard rumors of spies, but it's nothing a lil catnip won't fix. I have become very rich from the trade. I started out as a kitten who was just trying to fit in. Then I tried it. I never went back. And through many deals, many failures, and many successes I've become one of the riches Nekomen in the state of Catiforina.

The pool tables are by the arcade games, the booths are near the entrance, and the secret rooms are past the guards in the restricted zone, you need to have money or a name on the list to get through.
My office is next to it.

postions needed:
2 guards
a few bartender
waitresses
dealers
spies
corrupt officers
druggies
other customers
and some cats working directly under me, dealing with the more serious affairs(must be decent at talking)
a right-hand man
and an old friend i look out for
before we begin we need at least a customer and a waitress .or the new member
