 Ra sat in the student cafe with Obie on one of the comfy sofas. Both of them were reading as was usual. They sat close Ra moving a little to pick up his tea and rest it on his knee as his eyes returned to the page he was reading. It was an actual fiction book for once.Obie had insisted he drop studying for a day and read one of her reccomendations.

 Obie smiled and watched Ra lean forward over the edge of her book. Once he got settled back into the plush cushions of the sofa, she smiled more and casually shifted a little so she could lean her head down on his shoulder and stretch her legs out, crossing them at the ankle as she placed them on the coffee table in front of them. Extremely comfortable now, she finished reading the page she had been on and turned it.

Giani was feeling incredibly happy with himself having not only managed to get the props he needed but also getting Aya as a model for one of his pictures. It seemed the powers of persuasion he was joking about did exist.
His hand tight in Israel's he pushed open the door to the cafe and searched for spare seats. His eyes fell on a familiar face and a pretty picture.
"Hey, isn't that Ra?" He asked nodding his head in the direction of the absorbed couple.

 Israel honestly could not believe that Giani had had the audacity to ask a faculty member to pose for one of his portraits. She had been literally floored when she had returned to her room and he had told her all about his little prop finding adventure. The thought of it still made her laugh and she couldn't wait to meet this professor. She sounded like a riot.
Following Giani into the cafe, she glanced around for a moment, then looked in the direction Giani nodded in. Her eyes lit up when she saw her friend and a cheeky smirk settled over her lips when she saw the girl leaning so comfortably against him.
"Come on. We have to go say hi," she grinned and started walking towards them, tugging Giani behind her.
"I swear... everytime I see you, you have your nose stuck in a book," she grinned down at Ra before giving the dark haired girl a quick once over with her green eyes.

Ra looked u from his book. His grey eyes falling on Israel and Giani as a smile crossed his lips.
"Hi." He said, nodding in their direction. He could already see the smirk forming on Israel's face, the satisfaction of having busted him having a quiet moment. "I might be able to remove it for a moment to talk to you." He smirked "Do you want to join us?" He asked gesturing to the sofa opposite.

Obie glanced up when an unfamiliar voice interrupted her concentration. She eyed the small girl as she addressed Ra, and arched a brow slightly as she almost seemed to size her up. She turned her eyes to the young man with her and smirked. She remembered him well even though they had only met a grand total of twice back at the academy. She sat up as Ra offered to have them join them and closed her book before leaning forward to grab her tea. Keeping her eyes on Giani, she leaned back and took a sip.
"King Arthur or Ghandi?" she asked with a smirk.

Giani laughed as Obie addressed him and raised an eyebrow.
"Ah pacchetto del ghiaccio." He smirked gesturing for Israel to take a seat. "Ghandi, because I think he could trick King Arthur into listening to what he had to say, plus he is real ... where as king arthur is a mere legend."
Turning back to face Israel he smiled.
"What would you like to drink dolce?"

Israel arched a brow at the random names the girl threw out, then looked to Giani when he answered as she sat down and grinned when she realized that they were playing one of his favorite games. Reaching up to tuck some multi-colored hair out of her eyes she smiled warmly at him and shrugged a little.
"Just a coke would be fine," she smiled at him. "And you're wrong. Arthur was not necessarily a mere legend. He is believed to be based on fact, but swamped with fiction," she grinned at him as she settled back into the sofa comfortably. She then turned her eyes back to Ra and his girlfriend and looked between them for a moment.
"I'm Israel by the way, since our guys don't seem to know how to introduce people," she grinned and winked at her.

Ra looked between Obie and Giani, realising that they obviously knew each other. He too was non plussed by the names that Obie said and even more confused when both Israel and Giani answered.
"What did he call you?" He asked Obie, lacing his book on the table and turning to narrow his eyes at Is. "Well if you girls would give us a chance." He smirked, leaning back in the sofa and waiting for Obie to do the honours as Is had started things.

Obie leaned against Ra as she crossed her legs at the knee as she sipped her tea and listened to both Giani and his girlfriend. At Ra's question, she just looked at him and shrugged her shoulder having only heard him say it once before and not bothering to get a translation.
"I'm not sure," she smiled and then looked back at the girl as she introduced herself.
"I'm Obsidian. Everyone calls me Obie though," she smirked and nodded at her when she razzed the boys. "Israel is an unusual name, though I suppose I'm not really one to talk," she smirked and took another sip of her tea.

Giani returned with a coke for both him and Is, sitting down and slipping his arm around Israel's shoulder.
"Ice packet." Giani smirked looking over to Obie. "I think you thought I was some kind of pervert. A very Icy reception." He smiled warmly and watched the couple with amusement, his art brain already working. "Nice to see someone managed to break the surface though." He winked and picked up his drink to take a sip.

Israel laughed at Obie's remark and settled comfortably under Giani's arm as he translated for them all. She laughed again and poked him gently in the ribs.
"But you are some kind of pervert, so she wasn't far off from the truth," she smirked as she teased him. "I'm sure Ra remembers me telling him how we met, though I doubt he wants to," she smirked and winked at Ra.

Ra smirked at Obie as Giani revealed the translation of her name.
"Sounds about right." He said nudging her playfully with his elbow. Sipping his tea he gave a snort of laughter at Israel's words.
"Yes Is, something I'd rather not think about my best friends." He shook his head and glanced down into his tea. "How is your art going though, now you have to be a proper adult."

"Hey!" Obie exclaimed in false insult as Ra agreed with Giani and gave her a nudge. "I could say a few things about you, you know," she smirked and nudged him back. She arched a brow when Is brought up her and Giani's meeting and glanced around the small group feeling out of the loop.
"Really? How did ya'll meet?" she asked, glancing over at the other couple.

Giani laughed and took another sip of his drink.
"It appears that our friend Ra here is ashamed of the beauty of the human body. I pity you Obie." He grinned with mock dissapointment.
"I paint n***s. The first time I met Israel, I offered to pose for a life drawing for her, and then she posed for me" He smirked and looked over to Is. "Maybe if you ask her she'll show you the painting."
Turning back to Ra he smiled a predatory smile.
"Now I am doing well. I have an exhibition coming up so I am also busy and on the search for people to aid me in my work."
