Katina 50%
For the past few days Katina had been really playful, wanting to run everywhere and always looking for someone to play with, she felt like a kid again. Yet when ever she wanted to play Chris was no where to be found and neither was Erik. Now was one of those times.
She was running on all fours to the beach, the sand and the water seemed to call for her.Her blue eyes shone bright in the sun and her tongue occasionally fell from her mouth.When she arrived at the beach she saw it, the thing that had been teasing her for the last couple of days. She chased it and chased it, but no matter how fast she ran it was always one step ahead. Getting tired of the chase she lunged and snapped at it. She had finally done it, she had caught her tail.
After she let it go she plopped down in the sand and laid down, man it was hot outside.She spotted a patch of shade so she got up, walked over and laid down once more.

Erik 50%
Erik had been playful for the past few days as well, climbing trees with Branwan, swimming with Glacus, and running through the jungle with his brother. But today, however, he just couldn't find anybody.
Walking towards the beach, he saw what he could do for fun. A smile spread across his muzzle as his ran on all fours, ran past Katina, jumped up, and snatched a seagull with his mouth as it taking off. Erik shook the bird like a rag doll until it was dead before he realized Katina was behind him. Tail wagging, he spit the bird into his hand, turned around, and said with a smile "Hey there!"

She sat up and looked at Erik," Hey there, funny seeing you here." She then looked at the bird in his hand and smiled," Nice bird by the way." She stood up and stretched her tail also wagging.
She then walked over to Erik and sat again," So, Erik how have you been lately?"She looked at the bird hungrily and licked her lips. She shook her head, the bird was Erik's she'll just have to catch her own later.

~Glacus at 50%~
“Man I’m bored!!” Glacus said, he had been hunting fish all day, and he was so sick of fish he thought he was going to die. He walked out of the water, and almost cleared the surf and then a gigantic wave crashed him into the sand.
“Wonderful, just wonderful” he groaned as he went back in to get the sand out of his suit and hair. It was then he spotted Erik talking to some canine .
“Hello!!” He called out to them.

Katina stretched again and waved to the other man by the water," Hello!" She smiled, glad to see another person who could share her pain of the transformations. She gestured to him to come and join them, the more the merrier, her mother always used to tell her.

Slowly but surely, Glacus made his way up the beach. He couldn’t run because his flippers made it impossible. He finally got up, it only took him five minutes.
He said hello to Erik, and he introduced himself to the lady standing next to Erik. “My name’s Glacus What’s yours?”

Erik took a small bite out of the sea gull before answering Katina "Oh, I've been fine, but it's just that, today I've just wanted to play with someone, but I haven't seen anyone else today. So how've you been lately?" Deep down, Erik wanted to ask Katina to play with him, but he was worried it sounded too childish.
Seeing Glacus walk toward them, Erik asked him "Hey Glacus, where've you been all day?".

She smile at Erik," Yea, I have wanted to play all day to, Its actually been like that for a couple of days now." She wanted to just jump on him right there and play, but she tried her best not to thinking it would make her look bad.She sighed and began to play with the pads on her hands and feet.
She then looked at Glacus," Nice to meet you, I am Katina." She smiled and offered a pawed hand for a hand shake.

Glacus shook her hand “Pleasure’s all mine, Katina” her hands felt weird and leathery, but his scales must have felt bizarre to her, so he didn’t say anything.
“Oh the usual” he said turning towards Erik, “hunting fish, and crustaceans and the like.”
“I see you’ve been carnivorously active your self.”
Turning back towards her, he asked hopefully not sounding rude, “So, have you figured out what you are being turned into?”

She smiled as she shook his hand, his hands felt a bit weird though. She was pretty sure hers also felt weird so she didn't mind to much.
She shook her head and sighed," No I have not, though it seems to be some kind of canine I dont know what kind yet. How about you, do you know what you are turning into?"She slightly rubbed her nose, man did it feel weird.

“That’s shame, I am turning into a lionfish,” he said his voice trailing off. “Why does it seem like everyone else is turning into a mammal or a bird? I feel like I’m the only fish man” He hoped he hadn’t just blurted out that he was a romantic flop now, but he was pretty sure she didn’t sense that.
“So… uh… how…” Why was he stuttering so much?
He cleared his throat loudly, “So, how did you get here?”

Hearing Glacus stutter, Erik knew exactly what was going 'A romance in the making.' he thought, a little grin formed on his muzzle. Deciding to let this play out, the foxboy scooted up against a palm tree, took another bite of the seagull, and watched.

" A lionfish, now thats an interesting animal." She smiled at him and his stuttering," Oh, they sent me a letter saying that I was invited to come to an island to practice my art away from all of the distractions." She then sighed a bit," So, how about you." She was so interested in Glacus she didn't even notice that Erik scooted away. She just hoped that this wasn't going to turn out like Chris, with her having a broken heart.

Glacus saw Erik leave, and he wondered... ‘He can read me like a book can’t he?’
He was starting to regain his composure, and he answered her question,
“I got a letter like you, U was supposed to be a lifeguard here just for the summer, and I would have enough money to pay for next year’s Studying abroad completely. With the salary figure I was given I figured i wouldn’t have to work in the winter. I got this whole scheme that I even checked up on and I thought it was legitimate, boy was i fooled.”
“You are an artist too? What… uh…” he was doing it again!! “I’m sorry again, what kind of art do you do?” He guessed if fish could blush he would be, but he doubted that it would be impressionable over his scales.

She sighed a little," Yes we all seemed to have been tricked haven't we." She then smiled," A lifeguard huh? I think your new fish qualities might come in handy." She hoped that he didn't get upset by her comment, but why did she care?
"Yes I am what you could call and artist. I do anything from from semi-realistic to cartoonish. What do you do might I ask?"She smiled some more from his stuttering, she thought that it was rather cute.
