Lantis stolled into what one might call the living room. He just knew it was a comfortable room. In front of him, he saw the couch was unoccupied.
How fortunate, his thoughts echoed aloud. His ears pricked forward, as he leaped -- a very short leap indeed- onto the couch and curled up in an attempt to become comfortable.
As he listened to the silence of the room, he realized how so very empty it was. A nice change of pace actually. The only company was Ritsujii's overly happy one or Shaolin's sour one. No company was better then theirs, he thought,

 *Asia padded into the room. Her trio of tails trailing along behind her in content wag, while her luminous white eyes remained fixed on the room ahead.
She had been trying desperately to find at least one room that did not contain a kitsu. And so far, this was the only one she figured was kitsu free.
With a slight nudge of her multi coloured muzzle, she pushed the door open, only to find a purple-blue gradient male.
Rolling her eyes back in displeasure she took a step forward and hoped that the male would not pester her.
There may be a kitsusagi in here, but it's by far the most quiet room yet!
Strolling over to a corner in at a quiet, yet hasty pace, she dropped to the floor and curled her tails about her. Pretending to not have seen the male on the sofa.*

Lantis stirred as a new kitsusagi walked into the room. His lightblue muzzle let out a snarl soon changing to a sigh of pleasure seeing the intruder. What a pretty wench of a kitsusagi this was. She was speckled like the sun, Lantis thought to himself.
Lantis's golden eyes followed her, watching her stroll over to a silent corner rather fast. What was the rush? .. and he was getting the silent treatment now? .. This was oddly disturbing. He'd never been ignored before, at least another would say a hello to him.
His eyes fluttered closed. He was too lazy right now thinking of the couch as nothing other to sleep in. But on the other hand .. He might not get this chance for awhile again.
Saying quietly from the couch, but loud enough for her to hear, he said softly
" What is a pretty wench like yourself doing here? I'd think you'd be in another room fighting off a few .. pursuers. " He paused trying to find the right words, flashing a grin at her.

*Asia merely gave him cold stare. Despite her fiery colourings, her eyes held an icy chill.
His continuous use of the word 'wench' was most annoying, and she did not appreciate being called the said word.
Low bred kit..
Raising her head from her forelegs she simply gave a small smirk, before replying in a stern tone, yet her voice was as smooth as water.*
Asia: "I'm not one to flaunt about others, as you might do."
*She was quite irritated now, not that it showed, under the cool complexion she had displayed on her face. She would have put up with a room full of kits rather then to put up with some kit of this standard. Honestly, he was worse then an adolescent.*

" Flaunt? Oh definetly not. I just reserve my attentions for the most pretty ones. " He said cheerfully.
" I can refrain from my language if you'd like. But I find it awfully hard to stop something after you've gotten used to it very long. " he said innocently, spotting her expression at his vocabulary.
" Most of the time, it works to treat the ladies like wenches and the wenches like ladies. " He added in, enjoying the irrate expression she expressed. He would have to work hard on this one. Oh how Lantis enjoyed a challenge. If she succeeded, she would definetly be worth it.
He grinned at her. His eyes briefly scanned over the female kitsusagi, his gaze reverting back to her eyes.
" If you were told you had a choice to go back out there, or stay inside her with my company what would you choose? " He gave her a smirk knowing if she had any price, she wouldnt choose the "back out there."
" Probably the other choice of course, " He said smoothly.
Coward. His eyes relayed the message clear, his smirk staying on.(( Definetly x3 ))

*She merely shrugged, her cool expression remaining upon her face, while her ears folded back against her skull. A smirk of her own crept upon her face, though this one was out of agitation, not amusement.
Arrogant kit...
She had never really encountered a situation like the one at hand, so she was not too sure how to handle it. But one thing was for sure, this kit was a nuisance. She would not break for him for his own selfish amusement.*
Asia: "I stay where I choose, no matter what the surroundings, nor how annoying the company."
*She countered, in her smooth tone. Her eyes remained fixed on the male, while her ears swiveled back around.*

" Suuuure. " He gave her a doubtful look, his grin, if possible, was even wider.
" No doubt your thoughts are along the line of an arrogant, over-confident b*****d from the slums but it's what most ladies this until I convince them otherwise. " He said cheerfully, his figure still as a bird on the couch.
His eyes were perceptive watching her expression closely. This female was very good with expressions, wasnt she?
" Very well, " the ends of his mouth twictched annoyingly, " I suppose you'll refuse my invitation to the gardens tonight for a delightful tumble? Or would you rather 'stay where you choose' ? Or we could just go on with our business right now and leave each other alone. "
Well that was one way to ask for a date. His eyes twinkled, as he implied a challenge hidden behind his words.

*Asia simply shrugged, her face bearing a hint of her own amusement. It surprised her really, him being so bold as to ask her out, after a few traded words, most of them words of challenge more then compliments, or any other kind of words you'd expect from a flirting kit.
What does he think he can gain by asking me out?
She gave a doubtful look, before shrugging it off and flicking her trio of tails. It was amusing though, finally seeing his own irritation kick in.*
Asia: "Why would you ever want me to accept such a generous invitation?"
*She said in a mocking tone, though her voice held tight to the smoothness.
What will he say, to irritate me further? She pondered.*

" Because I've never been with such a pretty wench? " he offered his excuse.
" Mainly to ravish you in the gardens, " he admitted frankly not pausing or hesitating. He jumped off the couch, his own voice becoming soft.
" Unless you want to go and leave me alone? " He circled around Asia, curiously giving a sniff. He was indiscreetly watching her, enjoying her company. Eyeing her for another mocking comment, he expected he jumped in with a different subject.
" I dont suppose we introduced yet, did we? " He wasnt inclined to start first.

Though, that was the only sign of her annoyance that showed. Like a cat, her tails did not mimic the rest of her body.*
Asia: "Hmm, introduction? Perhaps it would be a swell idea, that way, you can call me by name, rather then 'wench'."
*She retorted in a slightly miffed tone, while avoiding his other questions and ignoring his rude comments that she would have swiped him across the face for.*

" havent gotten used to the word wench yet? " Lantis raised his eyebrows. " Sorry, habit. My name's Lantis, you? " He said, his tone amused with a hint of curiosity.
" It doesnt hurt to talk bluntly. " He said rather defensively at her miffed tone. if she didnt like it that much, she could of said so. Though she just did, didnt she? .. He walked up closer to her, watching her eyes. If one thing showed the most expression, it was the eyes.

*Asia regarded Lantis with a cold stare. How could any female get used to being called a 'wench'. She may tolerate a few insults, but being flat out called something so vulgar. She would draw the line at that. Hopefully giving him her name would help him cease the use of that word.*
Asia: "I go by the name, Asia." *She said, with hardly any emotion, as he gazed at her eyes.* "And I assure you, it doesn’t take much effort to refrain yourself from using such language."
*She raised her head a little higher and tossed her tails to the side, while keeping her icy gaze on Lantis.
Honestly, he'd probably be able to impress females better if he left such vulgar words out.*

" Asia. " The unfamiliar words had him grinning. He ignored her last words about his language.
" It's an original name, love. " He said casually, not wanting to get on her bad side as he already was. If he kept this up, he would probably drive her away.
Better off without scum like me. He thought. But it was all the more fun since he knew it was right. Flickering one of his tails, his eyes briefly met heres, his amused stare colliding with her icy cold one.
He drawled on lazily, " Would you like to go to the kitchen at least or wait here? Because I'm finding myself rather famished right now. "
Without waiting for an answer, he went up to the door nudging it open.
