I've got a sweet family Heirloom. It's a stapler that belonged to my Grandfather from his work back in God knows when. It's the most badass stapler known to man! Heavy as hell, made completley of metal! not that weird plastic stuff. This is the only stapler I've ever had, that hasn't broken. And it's like 50 years old. This is the god among staplers! It shoots staples out with extreme badassness, and never jams. Ever. Plus, it's called a Swingline 400. That sounds like a giant robot, which adds to the awesome.
Got any totally awesome family heirlooms?

Hmm.. I can't seem to think of any specific heirlooms at the moment.. but we have oodles of old English traditions that we follow.. although my family has been starting to slack off there lately. =( 'Makes me sad. I thought they were awesome. Part of who I am.

Swinglines dont jam. It's just a fact. Those are bad a** staplers. They are high quality.
Wow. I'm a stapler nerd.

I've got a set of china plates hand-painted by my great great grandmother. there's also a box filled with drawings and paintings that go back further than that, but the plates are my favorite. it's nice to know I'm not the first starving artist in the family. 3nodding

Physically? I have a ring that was my grandfather's. His army ring from the Korean war. I wear it all the time, unfortunately it's of a somewhat questionable quality. It was gold, now it's a bit of both. I also have a family quilt that was passed down from my great grandmother.
In name? I have an ounce(or a pound, something) of gold that is passed down from each man in my Family. I've never seen it strangely enough.

Not really. My family is so huge that we don't have many heirlooms. There's the coin collection of my father but I don't know if it worth something.
