are NOT ToS violations and belong in their respective forums, either CB, for most advertising, Picture Posting or Promotions.
Favorite character from [x] is NOT necessarily a sticky repeat.
If it's common enough, Inuyasha, YGO, YYH, etc. then yes it goes to the bin.
Less common series go to their respective subforums.
ONLY duplicates/sticky repeats go to the Recycling Bin.
Everything else goes to CB.
Just because you don't like something, doesn't make it spam.
and for the record, saying "this is spam" is spam as well.
There's probably more things that I've missed, but that's stuff that I wanted to say.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have a headache and need to lie down. I'll respond to any questions, comment, concerns, and criticisms later.
