People suck!

Why is it that people are soo messy in stores, when we KNOW they don't live like that at home? Is it really THAT much trouble to put a box of shoes away that is like 2 inches in front of you? We aren't your maid. Sure we're getting paid, but to sell you shoes, NOT clean up after you!

And this one guy.. Ooh, he really ticked me off. We had a guy who ordered shoes for home delivery. Then he decided he didn't want them. I circled a number for him to call, if he had any questions. He had his girlfriend/wife/whatever she was come in, and we said "Once we finish the transactions, it's out of our hands." He didn't like that answer, so he came in and practically yelled at us. The assistant manager I was closing with that night actually raised her voice at him. She finally was like "Whatever" and walked off.

Yesterday, I got called into work. Normally I don't mind, but I keep getting called in because this one girl didn't want to come in. Quite frankly, I'm surprised she still has a job. Whenever she's here, she's always "Can I leave early?" Even if she's supposed to close that night she goes "If my side is done, can I go home?" One day, I was workin a 3-8:30 (closing) shift. She was scheduled 11-7. She left at 4! Every single time I'm there, even if she takes a lunch, she still leaves early! And she's ticked off because she got passed up for an assistant manager position! She's only part time, which is the main reason she got passed up. She expects the assistant manager position because she's been there for 2 years. But even when she's there, she still doesn't want to be there!

And then today I got a PM on myspace from my friend Kira, about my other friend's mom not letting their feud go. I told her time and time again to LEAVE ME OUT OF THE FREAKIN' MIDDLE! My other friend (Tracie) have listened to me. Tracie's mom has complained once, but I've ignored it. Kira complains to me about Tracie all the time, and I'm sick of it. I told all of them that I don't want any part of this stupid feud, and they will not listen to me. I'm so freakin' sick of it!

Then my uncle (who I don't really like) just now called me, and wants me to drive (at night, with crappy weather, might I add) 20 miles to get him, and give him a ride home. I know for a fact that a bus runs later than 7 at night. I told him I don't know where anything in that town is. And he still wouldn't listen!!!

So, that's my crappy week so far.

One word of advice: Breathe. Next word of advice: chocolate is your friend. Enjoy.

Lawl. You work in retail.
You need to just chill out, though. You're making a big deal out of all this nonsense. Just float. Its that easy. when everybody around you is busy drowning, just float.

Yes, I know I workin retail (I'm surprised at the people that tell me this. Like I don't know?). But everything else, I'm not sure how to fix or make better.

I sympathize with you. This week, I lost the guy that I love more than anything in the world. We were supposed to get married, and things just didn't turn out the way we had planned at all. Its not that it failed -- the love is still there, but its the fact that things actually prevent us ever being able to continue our relationship.

So I can hug you and say, "I hope your week brightens up". I may not be having the same things to deal with as you, but I feel for you. Take care, and make time for yourself. That's the only way you can truly heal pain.

Thank GOODNESS this week is almost over. My paycheck came in, and it was over $300. So today is a pretty darn good day. Plus, I might get called into work today. It's a closing shift, but I need all the hours I can get.

My week was going better until my stupid ex boyfriend sent me an e-mail.

The story is: He claims I owe him $50 for a ring that he GAVE me. I sent it back (I stuck it an envelope which was a stupid idea, but I wanted him to leave me the freakin' heck alone). He didn't get it, so he's been harassing me over the phone. Now he's threatening to call the police because I told him to leave me alone, or I'd threaten harassment.
