As some of you may know, [Q] will be away for a few weeks or so on some important business of his. I've been left to take care of what I can, and I've finally picked a place to start. The Members. What I need from you all is the following, nothing more:

If you are an active member*, please send a PM to OneCalledPyrin with the following message:

I am a member of the Crimson Ibis, and I do not wish for myself to be put on the 'inactive members list' for [Q]'s return.

*Active meaning you visit the guild at least once every now and then*

Now, if any of you are interested in my reasoning, I'm fairly sure my reasoning for doing this is quite obvious. A guild clogged by inactive members isn't really an active guild at all. I want this guild to be as active and efficient as possible, and it would help if I knew which members were active and which had left us.

Now, for something important.

This thread will remain up for exactly One Month, after which time, those that have not contacted me and have been added to the active members' list below will be put onto the inactive list and put up for possible banning between Q and I. Very simple.

This thread will be put into the Dead Threads section on October 20th, 7:20 PM my time. Any entries beyond that point may be considered, although if the person in question only visits once a month and does no posting, banning may be considered anyway.

Cheers to those who do PM me, and hopefully we'll see exactly how many active members we have here. x3 Hopefully.

If you find your name on this when this thread is in the Dead Threads section, you may PM any of the guild crew, preferably OneCalledPyrin or [Q] to put yourself on the active members' list. That is, if you haven't been banned.

First of all, I'd like to say this.

This thread has absolutely nothing to do with banning.

The purpose of this thread is to see which members are active.

Now.

I think it's safe to say that a month margin for this thing is more than enough. If someone is leaving for more than a month and cared about what became of their guilds why they were away, the courtesy would be to let someone know you're leaving.

This thread is mostly for the purpose of seeing how many members still hang around here, so that we may begin recruiting with a good idea of how many people there are to begin with.

If you dislike how this is being done, then you may private message me personally, and I'd be happy to explain things to you more clearly.

Edit: Oh, yes, the only reason this topic is not locked is so that others who can vouche for another person being gone but not being able to send in the required PM can let us know. Like I said before, if you have any problems with this, please private message me instead of posting it here. x3
