The Dungeon

Behind Dassan's bed there is a secret door leading to a dungeon. The cells are relativly clean but mice still run amok. If you are here you've probably lost a match or angered Dassan. The walls appear to be made of some type of dark, wooden brick. Upon further inspection you see that it's stained dark with blood, the blood of dragons? Being locked in this place would make even the strongest cower. Only a small window provides any light other then the dim candles on the front wall. From that window the one in that cell can see the arena below where your kin are fighting each other for the drath drakes joy.. Sickened you look for a place to lie down only to find a ragged bunk made of dragon skin in your cell. Luck wasen't on you when you got put in this place.. Let's hope you make it out..Alive..

Dassan entered the dungeon and lay his sythe on the table. He looked around and sniffed the smell of blood. "How it brings back memories to be back here.." He said. His tail looked at him. "Diffrent now then wassss..." it hissed. Dassan shrugged. "Well I think this should do those misreable hald-breeds nicely." He said before turning and going back to his room grabbing his sythe on the way out.

"Raine is of no concern to me half-breed.." Sniffed dassan ad he got behind hanna and prodded her toward a cell. Insite was a pair of shackles fastened to a long chain. inside the cuffs were spikes. Dassan forced Hanna into the cell and brought the cuffs to her wrists. The spikes caught the light of the candles nearby and shined before dassan closed the cuffs sinking thetm into Hannas skin. He did the same with her ankels. "Hurts dosen't it?" he snickered.

Hanna gasped sharply as each pair of shackles was forced around her, sending pain writhing from her nerve centers. Still, she refused to give him the pleasure of any vocal expression of pain. Sweat beaded across her brow as she stared up at him with strength in her eyes.

"Oh yes.. But don't think i'm even close to done with you..." Sneered Dassan as he went over to the small table in the cell and took a bundle from his robe and laied it out. Inside were ten golden rods that were sharp as knives. He held them up, "These," he said. " will prevent you from disobeying me. Each one of them will sprout barbs on my command and, that can get very painful whrn thier inside you.." He walked over to hanna again and held one in his talon. "Now.. Where to put this one... Ah!" He said looking at hannads sholder. He toughed the tip of the needle to her shirt and slowly started to slid it in.

Hanna's eyes closed in unmistakable pain, a grimace clear across her face. Her arm twitched as he slowly inserted the golden rod, her brain dimly realising that there were nine more to be inserted. She was starting to give up already, and he had just started.

"Nine more to go... One here..... and here.... and here..." Dassan sneered as he slid rods in throught her other sholder, her hip, her back, her shins her arms and the final one right through her stomach. "They won't kill you unless you try to escape." Explained Dassen adusting each rod to make sure they were deep enough. "The pain you must feel is intoxicating, makes me tingle with pleasure just to think about it." He laughed. He reached out and grasped the charm of Hanna's necklace and it turned black. "Try anything, or if youe brother tries to save you, those rods will extend. Each one is covered with two inch barbs. they will penetrate your tissue and cause you to bleed to death from the inside, that is if you don't have heart failure from the sheer pain of them." He straightened up from where he'd been kneeling and looked down at Hanna. "Get used to it girl, your gonna be here for a while. But don't worry, I'll keep you alive..for now." He said and went over to the table where the empty rod bundle lay.

Tornando's worried face flashed before her eyes, along with the face of Apex, a man she had only met a few times but already felt a strong attachment to. With these final visions before her, she slumped, the rods holding her up as she slipped into blissful, painless unconsciousness.

"Pleasent nightmares little Half-breed.. You'll feel worse in the morning..." Sneered Dassan as he gathered up the cloth and left the cell, locking the door as he did. "Nighty night." He said as the door to his room closed leaving the dungeon in dim darkness..

((reply to Raines last post in dassans room to raine))

Dassan leered at Raine and so did his tail. "She lost her fight. And so, I had some fun with her." He snickered. He stepped closer and summoned his sythe. "You shoulden't have come back Raine.. I'm no longer here to hide my true nature from you. Get it straight kid, i'm the death dragon, i was born the drath dragon, and my job is to kill you all!" he glanced at Hanna. "Once she dies i'll be hungry no more. you can watch as I devour her.. that seal on your arm might stop me from harming you on the outside, but not you loved ones, and not your heart." he grinned. "such a shame she passed out so early.. it's no fun when they don't look at you with the pain in thier eyes.."

As Draco made his way into the dungeon, the smell of blood instantly assailed him. He paused in his steps long enough to adjust himself to the rather nauseating scent before continuing onward. Raine's scent, though covered by that of blood and others that Draco could not yet identify, was still strong. As he walked, it was the only one that he focused on. It was the only thing that spurred him onward, gave him strength. The other thing, however, was the sound of Dassan speaking. What was that filth doing? Who was he talking to? He slowed as he drew near to the voice, coming fully to a stop with shocked eyes at what he saw.

Hanna's unconcious form went unnoticed. So did the blood surrounding her. The only thing that Draco saw was Dassan and Raine talking. He was instantly filled with rage, hands clenching into fists as he narrowed his eyes. "Get away from him, Dassan!" When Draco was angry, he didn't think. Perhaps that was what sent him forward towards the Death drake and his son, one hand opening in case he needed to summon a ball of shadow energy or something of the like.

A voice caught dassan ears and they twitched as he flinched. He spun around and his eyes flashed with anger and glee. "Well if it isn't puppy come to save his son!" he sneered. "Hallo Draco..."

Raine was torn between Dassan's sudden relevation and his father's unexpected appearance. The tatoo from Dassan was suddenly painfully bright on his arm and, without thinking, he stepped between his father and Dassan, acting as a shield for his father now that Dassan had admitted that he couldn't harm him and he was, himself, an adult.

Dad . . . you shouldn't have come he said darkly, turning to face Dassan. Not to mention that, after killing Naara, you shouldn't be too hungry. It may be in your program to kill us, but who ever would have thought that the great Death Dragon would be acting upon a simple program that he could easily escape from? Such a pity . . . he said, taunting Dassan on purpose. If only there was some way to let his father know what was going on . . .

Draco furrowed his brow a little, suddenly stopped by Raine stepping in front of him. That he son was now an adult was not totally lost on him, but all he could think about was protecting Raine. In his mind, he had failed Alex. He wouldn't do the same with his son. "Raine, get out of my way." he said, his voice growing cold as he looked at Dassan with a stare that would level any normal drake. Then again, this dragon was not anything ordinary. "I had every right to come." He placed his hand on Raine's shoulder and nudged him to the side, furious eyes never once leaving Dassan.

Dassan looked at Raine and then to Draco once more. "Wonderful father you are to let your son be in the company of the death dragon since he was a baby.." laughed Dassan. He pointed the tip of his sythe at Draco. "It's been too long since our last fight Draco, i was beginning to think that little welp in the fields was all you were... But you're so... he i have fought once before.. A wonderful heir to the death line..." grinned Dassan as he pointed his finger at Raines seal.
