has anyone else noticed how Sam gets choked in almost every episode? you'd think his wind pipe would be seriously damaged by now

yeah, i know, every episode i'm always waiting for it and when it doesn't happen i'm like.. must be a miracle...
Sometimes he doesn't get choked but instead something similar happens, like he gets in a headlock or something..
