Avellano tugged gently on her little female's ear, encouraging her to follow after her mother. The mostly white lioness smiled warmly and then turned around, taking a few steps away, then flicking her tail, and grinning back at her baby. "Come on sweetheart, I have someone very special for you to meet." She said with a big smile spread across her features. She swished her tail happily and gave a soft chuckle.
Jurawa giggled contentedly, then bounced after her mother. "Someone special to meet mommy?" She inquired, excited that her mother had said that it was someone special. "Is it my daddy?" She asked, nearly tripping over herself with excitement at the fact that she might finally meet her father. "Or.....maybe a nice friend for me to play with?" The tiny red female questioned again, knowing that hoping to see her father really wasn't a good idea, since Ave had told her that he left them alone for good.
Her smile vanished as Jurawa mentioned her father. "Err.....no sweety, your daddy....he's busy right now....." Ave trailed off, wishing she could avoid the subject, although she knew it would come up again sometime. "I'm sorry Jury." She said, grinning again and turning around, licking the tiny female's forehead lovingly, then starting off again, hearing Jurawa following after her closely.

Athrun was perched atop the large boulder just outside of the Pridelands territory, perched in that same pose that he was so famous for. His head up in the air, his wings spread over the rock so that the tips of the longest wings touched the ground on either side, his back straight.
All around the old god his young cub was running in circles. Akiiki was incredilby happy this day, more so that his father had let him out and let him run amuk than because of anything else. The little white and violet seer was chasing after a pale yellow butterfly that had floated before his eyes.
"Akiiki, don't go too too far okay? The last thing I need is to lose you again." Athrun called over to his small son, reaching down with a paw and placing it on the end of the violet tail before him.
Squeaking as he hit the end of his own tail, Akiiki reached as far out as he could for the butterfly, only to watch it float away. ninja

Jurawa found her eyes locked onto a shiny yellow butterfly that had just fluttered in her direction, and she gave a single glance in her mother's direction before slinking off towards it. "Shiny...." She grinned, leaping into the air and closing her paws around it, falling back into the grass, only causing herself a small amount of pain, but happy that she'd caught the pretty butterfly. "Mmmmmm." She said as she opened her paws and the butterfly fell dead to the ground. "Such a pretty butterfly...." The tiny red lioness grinned, giving an almost ear-shattering squeal as she felt herself lifted off the ground, spinning around only to realise that it was her mother that had her. "MOTHER!" She whined, wriggling in an attempt to get free and scoop up her shiny trophy. "My butterfly!" She squealed, giving the best roar she could and kicking her mother's chest with her hind legs, causing Ave to drop her. Jura scrambled to her butterfly and then hissed loudly at her mother.
Ave was temporarily winded, and slightly angered by her daughter's act of violence, but she couldn't help but feel cheery as a familiar scent passed her nostrils. "Grandfather!" She almost yelped, checking to be sure that Jurawa had her butterfly before picking her up again and racing in the direction of the scent.

"No! You killed my butterfly!" Akiiki snarled angrily, the white and violet cub stood with all four legs braced on the ground a foot or so aay, his silvery eyes shimmering angrily as tears spilled down them. He didn't like killing things or seeing them killed, to think this little lioness had so willingly killed that pretty yellow buttefly that he'd been chasing only moments before was heartbreaking.
"Daddy!! She killed him!" Aki said, spinning so he could look up at his father, tears running from his eyes as he sobbed silently.
The large white god pricked up his ears and slowly stood up, walking down off of the rock languidly so that he could get to his son's side. The little white cub was so sensitive sometimes that it just seemed strange, though at other times he was stronger than iron.
"It's okay little one, her soul lives on." Athrun said in his resonating voice. One of his white ears pricked up when he heard his other name yelled out across the savannah day. "Ave?"
His wings pricked up a little and his wings fluffled as he laid them on his back, pulling his son under his body to get him away from the little female before him. Akiiki wasn't violent, but if he was put in the right situation or he watched something be killed before him, the cub could get that way. ninja

As the white lioness came closer to her beloved grandfather, she put Jura down gently and then rushed over to him, nuzzling him gently and then brushing the side of her body against his shoulder before falling to her haunches at his side. "What a beautiful cub!" She exclaimed, "Aren't you cute..." Avellano giggled, bending to nuzzle the white and purple cub as well. "I suppose he's yours then?" She inquired, wondering why her grandfather was on his own with a cub. Ave knew that his mate must be around here somewhere. "Well....you haven't met my daughter yet!" She cried out excitedly, smiling at Jurawa and giving a small roar to beckon her. "Jurawa." She said, turning to her grandfather and smiling again, flicking her tail happily as the tiny red cub came over and plopped down in front of her giant family member and just stared at him.

"Why thank you. Yours is incredibly adorable, Jurawa did you say?" He bent his head and looked at the small cub before him with a large smile. "Well you're quite cute with all that red on you."
One of his large wings came around and brushed over Jurawa's head lightly and he chuckled, amazed by her colors and how much she didn't look like her mother.
A frown spread over Akiiki's muzzle and he sat down heavily and sighed as the two adults swooned over the little red cub. Then only to have the large female start over him and put her muzzle in his face.
Without thinking he chuffed over her nose and smiled gently, his tail swishing from side to side as he grinned. "Hello. I'm Akiiki."
Chuckling, Athrun felt proud of his son for a flash of a second for remembering his manners even in the face of family. ninja
