Ok so my wheel won't work on my iPod. I filled out the service request and it would not work so I called apple. They set it up, BUT CHARGED MY SEVEN TIMES! Which put a hurting on my account, so I cancelled all of them but one, I mena I need one iPod serviced not seven. They won't send me my box to send it in. Why? Becuase according to them they won't charge a person until after they recive the iPod. YET MY MONEY IS GONE! i have bank records proving they charged me and I faxed them in. Now they are like let us refund your money then we will send you the box and then we will charge you again. WTF jsut send me the box, you already have your ******** fee!

That is like when I applyed to SIUE. They took the money, but said I didn't pay them.
