I KNOW!!! crying AFTER I hand watched it for the very first time, I tried to scream out to the world how kick a** it was, but all that passed through my lips was a squeek! xd

My Uncle agreed that he would get me tickets to the movie for Christman, he really liked the idea because it is unusaully cheap for my demands.

Oh god!!! I went to go see the movie!!! And by the God's, it was freakin awesome.
It wasn't entirely great, but I still think it was very good. A lot of things were changed though, which isn't much of a problem since movie producers usually do that, but they changed my FAVORITE scene!!!!! scream I wwas really looking forward to it dammit!!!

I know what you mean. My friend and I saw the movie on opening day in Yuba City. I had bought the tickets on tuesday, they day they were released for purchase in advance. We have agreed that we are going to destroy 20th Century Fox, so I hope that none of you are too smitten with it. Of course, we will wait to do so until after they have completed the third movie, assuming they make it at all. If they decide not to continue with the movies, then we will destroy them once word of their fateful decision reaches our ears.
On my other perspective, it was a god-awesome movie to anyone who hasn't read the books.

Yes, indeed. I really liked the movie all in all, but there really is just one little tiny thing that's bothering me about it.
The battle scene with Eragon Vs. Durza. Not only was it not supposed to be an airborn fight, but they didn't do the scene where Eragon stabs Durza through the back, and then rips him to shreds with BRISINGR!!!!!! I was REALLY looking forward to that ONE scene!!!!
And they never made Durza give ERagon a scar, I wonder how they'll do it in the second movie. Or will they just completely leave it out?

I agree with albert if you havnt read the books then the movie was good if you have your probably tearing your face off afterwards

My friend and I have a theory about the scar: if you watched the battle carefully, you'll see that at one point, Durza front-flips off of his mount and slashes at Eragon's back. Given, you see sparks, and assume that Eragon got Zar'roc there in time to block it, but we think that he didn't, and he just didn't realize how bad an injury it was, and that it will begin to sap his strength and cause him pain in the second movie.
