Introduction
It's been 50,000 years since Durithill fought his father, Durimiros, and lost his life. At the moment of Durithill's death, Shiero, also known by several aliases such as Fayt and Raine, was transformed into an angel by his power. For some unknown reason, Durithill's elven half was transformed also before he died. The demon families that were fighting amongst themselves stopped their quarrels, bringing peace to the Demonic Realm. With Durimiros's and Durithill's deaths, the angels and demons were on equal footing so they back down on their plans for conquest. Strangely enough, they agreed to form a committee to maintain the current state of peace between the two worlds. The angels and the demons, having heard that a woman named Raine had once stopped the full-demon form of Durithill, decided to search for her and make her the leader of the council. They found her wandering through the Forbidden Realm in a sort of haze, barely alive. She hesitantly agreed to become the council leader to take her mind off of Durithill's death. From that moment on, the coucil has maintained the balance of power between the angels and the demons. Shiero began to act nervously, and the coucil knew what was bothering her. Durithill and Durimiros were supposed to have been resurrected, but neither had been seen. If they'd waited this long to be resurrected, then it meant that they would be resurrected with all of their old powers, as well as the bodies capable of harnessing those powers. 5,000 years past without word of Durithill or Durimiros. The council began to relax, thinking that maybe both demons had decided to remain in the Spiritual realms forever, but Raine knew better. Then a report came in of exactly what the coucil was fearing. The elven city of Durithill's birth had been completely destroyed, and all the inhabitants killed. Raine stared in horror at the report, not because of what had happened, but because of the name given as the person who had commited such a terrible act: Durithill. From that point on, reports continuously arrived of towns being destroyed or people being murdered by Durithill, yet with no mention of Durimiros. The people of all the worlds began to fear Durithill so much, they called him the "Blood Drinker". With a demon running loose, and another due to return, fear and panic spread across the worlds and the council's job has become harder and harder and they're threatening to break apart. Terror is spreading, the coucil is dissolving, and the worlds are falling into chaos once more.
A few simple rules before we begin:
1. Please be literate.
2. Keep it PG-13.
3. No god modeling.
4. Please don't post your profiles, PM them to me and I'll post them.
6. Please no killing unless I or the other person says it is ok.
7. No guns or any technology dated after the creation of guns.
8. Follow all other Gaian rules.
9. No actions like: *I sneeze*
The Realms
As I'm sure youve noticed by now, there are thirteen threads, each named a different realm. As the story progresses, you may find you want to travel to another world. Each realm is another world, and you can travel between them using portals. Be careful, however, as some realms may not be habitable by someone like you. Make sure you read the realm's description (first post) before you travel there.
