I went to a rock concert the other night (which rocked my ******** socks off!!!). After the concert, my friends and I where waiting for my friend Steph's dad to pick us all up. While we where waiting, Steph wanted me to jump off the stairs with her. There where only three stairs there, don't worry. XP Anyways, when we jumped, I fell, and I heard my arm pop. I was laughing my a** off though. Now it's the day afterwards and whenever I even move my arm, it hurts like hell.
At least I have learned a valuable life lesson that I will be able to tell my grandchildren.
P.S. : The concert was performed by local bands in my county, so if you don't live in Flagler county, you probably won't know about any of the bands that may have played there.
So please don't ask. XD -not trying to be mean-

The moral of the story is: Jumping is dangerous! scream
Not really, but that's kinda weird. lol You'd think you would hurt your legs or something instead of your arm. Maybe it hurts from something else you did too the other day?

Nurse Bandaid on the scene-- finally.
So, did you land on your outstretched hand or on your elbow or shoulder? ... and where is the pain? like if you hold your hand out palm up is it on the thumb side or pinky side? and what movements are most painful, or is it mostly tender to the touch? If you can answer these questions precisely, I can tell you whether or not you should go get an xray...and since you're surfing the crimson tide, I guess it's safe to assume you're not pregnant?
