I think it really all depend on how you are introduced to the anime. I love it in Japanese and well, I can't watch it in english. xp I have tried but love The original way more..

I like most anime in Japanese period, and the ones I hear in English, the dubbs are generally so horrible i want to scream!!! scream But, sometimes that's the only way i can watch them all, so i guess beggers can't be choosers crying . I think with saiyuki, both work, but the original voices are still my favorite heart 3nodding heart

Well I first saw Saiyuki in english but I like the Japanese voices better 3nodding . I love Gokus voice in Japanese. He's so cute heart

Son__Goku Well I first saw Saiyuki in english but I like the Japanese voices better 3nodding . I love Gokus voice in Japanese. He's so cute heart I semi agree. : D If it's Gensomaden I'll watch it in English (over the Japanese too. O_O!) but if it's Reload or Gunlock I'd prefer the original. -> The P and G is back!! YES!!

I've only seen a few episodes of the origional and none in english so I wouldn't know...personally my favorite's the manga!

I like the Japanese with decent subs. English sucks, except for Braden Hunt as Hakkai and Greg Ayres as Goku.

I usually only want to watch an anime in Japanese but Saiyuki's first season was pretty good when it came to English dubbing and I really didn't mind it all that much. smile

Son__Goku Oh welcome back 3nodding . Yes it is a bit of in insult that the guy who does Goku also does Sasuke. Goku is much to high up to Sasuke. Man, I hate Sasuke.
