(Setting up an RP for Seth and Newt. Yays =3)

Seth had been following a dirt worn path in the village for some time now. He grumbled under his breath at the intensity of the sun which beat down on him in an unforgiving manner. He had come from a rainy cold weather climate that had just ceased its winter season, and come directly into a hot tropical climate with no warning. To say the least, he hadn't climatized to the new enviroment at all yet. The man was hot and bothered by the humid weather, his patience also waning due to the fact he didn't know where he was going.
"God, it's a good thing I'm not staying here," He muttered to himself as he made his way past the duplexes, noticing all of them looked pretty much like the building he had woke up in. "This is bloody awful weather. I sure hope that Doctor guy gets back to me soon. If I get stuck here any longer than I have to be, I'm not going to be very happy..."
He continued down the dirt path, heading past duplex #1 and 2 and into the jungle area ahead. The path had to lead somewhere...

"Ah- wuh-wuh-where are you going??" Came a sudden sharp warning voice behind him. Newt had been on his way from the beach back to his duplex, his jumper on again over his swim suit, but the legs and arms had been rolled up to let his speckled, amphibious skin breath. "Y-you c-can't go th-that way, th-there's a wuh-wuh-wuh-wolf out there!" He lept after the man who seemed headed towards the dangerous jungle, but at the sight of how human he seemed, the frog-man gave a terrified croak, and lept behind the nearest bush befor his throat could even fully deflate.

Seth turned around and stopped dead in his tracks as he heard the warning voice. But he saw nobody. A deep frown formed on his face as he heard some rustling bushes, and a scared croak like that of a frog's. It baffled him completely.
"What? There's a wolf out where?" He enquired. "Who said that? Where are you?" He sighed as he turned around again, attentively looking around. "I can't see you..."

"B-buh-buh-because I ah... I.. um..." Newt babbled, "I'm hiding. I juh-just um... I h-hadn't r-realized y-you were... er... Th-that is t-to say..."

"Hiding?" Seth shook his head in disbelief. There was no comprehensible reason he could think of for somebody to hide. Unless of course, they were hiding from the wolf they had mentioned...
"Why are you hiding? If you're hiding from the wolf, wouldn't it make more sense to hide inside somewhere sturdy, like one of those hotel room things? You shouldn't hide in open scrubland, A wolf could walk in there and rip you to shreds."
If this 'wolf' news was indeed true, he himself was not safe either. Not good at all.
"Do you have a hotel room? If not, you can come hide in my room if you want to. I can call up the front desk and let them know about the wolf. It's not safe for wild animals to be running around on a holiday resort."

Holiday resort? Oh, B-b-blast. Newt's parinoid instincts had been right. First Sayuri- now this poor man? "I... ah.... y-you... th-the... the wuh-wuh... it... w-we ah..." Should he put it bluntly or try to be more casual? It was best to be honest. Or tell him to go away? Let someone else tell him? That seemed the preferable root, but it woudl have definatly been rude, and Newt wasn't sure if he could live with an act of rudeness on his concious. So he would tell him. "I... ah... I.... er-" if he could get his mouth to cooperate.
"H-hiding? B-buh-because. KrrKIT!" He couldn't have stopped the croak that had bubbled up out of his nerviousness.

Seth was baffled beyond words now. But that poor guy... he must have been terrified. He was stuttering and very nervous sounding.
"C'mon mate," Seth said quickly, also mildly paranoid of this wolf now himself. The fears of the other man in hiding sounded quite genuine, so the story of the wolf out here was more than likely true. And if it was true, they weren't safe out here.
"We can get out of here." He said, wanting to assure him. "I'll lock the door, even, and--" Seth stopped as he heard the croaking noise again. It was coming from the exact same direction as the hiding person. Something was definitely awry here...
"What in blazes IS that noise? Whatever it is, it sounds really close to you."

"Ah... wuh-wuh-what noise?" Newt managed weakly, "I d-didn't hear anything." Newt's heart was racing, and Seth was getting closer, "Ah... I... I... um... sh-should... re-really warn you- krrrKIT!" Blast, they were like nervious hiccups!

"Mate, if you can't hear that, you must be deaf or something. Really." Seth grumbled as he kicked at a small branch in the foilage. He typically hated plants and wasn't fond of the outdoors in general. And as pretty at this place was, the heat and humidity was driving him nuts. He was beginning to hate that, too.
"Listen! There it is again!" Seth declared loudly, stopping dead in his tracks. "I can't believe you don't hear it - it sounds like a really big frog or something..." The man wondered to himself how big the wildlife was on this island. If it was a frog, maybe it was poisonous. Not a good idea to go looking and touch it...
He stopped again and headed back out towards the path, giving up on looking for now.
"Warn me?" He queried. "Warn me about what?"

"Er.... about... um... th-this island I mean- b-blast ah... KrrKIT! S-sorry, it's ah... a nuh-nervious thing..." Nothing more to it, was there? Timidly, he poked his head out of the foliage he was hiding in, great round amphibious eyes trembling over the human a a timid fashion.

Seth was really quite bothered now. The croaking noise, the guy's nervous disposition, everything about this paticular situation was just... not normal.
"The island? What's wrong with it? Seemed fine when I came in here, jus--"
He stopped dead as he noticed what appeared to be the giant head of a large frog-like creature poke his head out of the bushes. Seth stared at him, stumbling back, tripping over his own heels, thumping down onto his butt.
His attention was glued to Newt, wide eyed and just stunned.
"Holy hell, what is that!?" He yelped.

Newt gave a little frightened cry himself, pulling back out of view again with yet another terrified croak, "I'm suh-sorry! I d-duh-didn't m-mean to scuh-scare you-!"

Seth took a few moments to get over his initial shock. He had never seen anything like this before, and wondered for a moment if he was dreaming or not. He got to his feet again, brushing the dirt off his pants, groaning slightly as his rump hurt.
"That croaking was you, then?" He frowned. It made sense at least... kind of.
"I'm sorry, but it's just..." He slowly shook his head, not being able to find words for the confusion he felt. "..unusual. I didn't mean to upset you, but, what happened to you? What are you, exactly?"

"Er... w-well... um.... I... I used to be a c-c-c-cuh-custodian..." He swallowed, timidly peaking out when the man didn't seem about ready to attack him or run away. "N-now... I ah... I'm n-not sure... about er... h-half fruh-frog n-now, I sup-suppose..."

"A custodian?" Seth blinked. "You mean, you work here? What happened to you? How did you end up looking like a giant frog?" The question sounded utterly mad to him, but then again, so was the situation.
"You work here, correct? Do you know if this place has a wireless internet connection anywhere?"
