Normal couple, I'd have to say Mikan/Natsume in Gakuen Alice..but Shounen-ai..then Atobe/Jiroh from Prince of Tennis^^

Can't think up anything else than Shikamaru and Temari in Naruto. They are the cutest couple in that series...
In some other series ive seen, its kind of obvious who are the cutest couple. (Midori no hibi = Midori+Seiji, Fate/stay night = Shirou + Saber...etc)
Because they hardly have any other couples...
But if i think up some others i might edit this post...

Mine would have to be MisaoxAoshi (even though they're not really a couple >.>) from Ruoruni Kenshin.

My favourite couples would probably be.. well ofcourse Temari and Shikamaru as Jariroth already said.. rofl and then another one would definitely be Gin and Rangiku (Bleach).. xd

Um... I'm not really a romance fan in any way shape or form, but here are some that I kinda like.
Tokyo Mew Mew: Berri+Tasuku
Naruto: Naruto+Sasuke (I haven't seen/read much Naruto, but I know that all the N+S fanart I've ever seen is really cute) and Sasuke+Sakura
Black Cat: Eve+That boy who can control wind... ack, forget his name. I know they're not offically a couple, but I always thought that they'd be cute together. xD
Tsubasa: Syaoran+Sakura because how can you not love them?
.hack//SIGN: Mimiru+Tsukasa. ^^; I've just always liked them.
Vampire Knight: Yuki+Zero :3 I lub them.
And that's about all the couples I really like.

Miyu and Kanata- daa! daa! daa! 2.) syoaran and sakura - CCS 3.) Cagalli and Athrun- Gundam Seed. . i always thought they were cute together whee 4.) Fakir and Ahijru - Princess tutu (although not official) 5.) Tsukasa and Tsukushi - Hana Yori Dango (awesome couple) These are my top ones. .im sure i have others. . but i cant think of any at the moment sweatdrop

Mitsuru and Mahiru from the manga Crescent Moon.
I really REALLY thought about it, and even though I've seen at least a hundred animes and read about 50 different mangas(series I mean, if it were just books it'd be over a hundred sweatdrop ) that Mahiru and Mitsuru are absolutely my fav.
Mahiru isn't a typical female lead and Mitsuru isn't super out going, nor does he really show he likes her. It's the fact that their relationship is a point-made to the problems the entire series characters face that makes them special.
heart to Mitsuru and Mahiru, because Mitsuru wants Mahiru to just be HIS princess ^.~
