I think that if the same thing that happened to him happened to anyone they would be 'insane' as well... chain of events... Vincent is just as sane as everyone else.. I mean.. common.. Cloud and Sephiroth are INSANE... Vincent lacks in the insane department compaired to them..

I suppose sanity is relative, but even if you compare him to the other characters, Vincent is both rational and coherent. I mean, Tifa's in a love triangle with a gel-obsessed soldier/terrorist and a dead girl, Cid's a tobacco-addicted poster child for Tourette Syndrome, Barret wants to save the planet by causing explosions, Reeve's content to make friends through the guise of an obnoxious talking cat, Nanaki is a talking cat, Yuffie's already crazy enough without an explanation, and Sephiroth is the cause of half the world's craziness. And don't get me started with Rufus and the Turks.

Well, setting aside the fact that being able to talk doesn't actually make Red insane, we still have the following conclusion: Vincent, a dark figure with a dark past, who has every reason in the world to be secretive, is perhaps one of the least insane characters in the game.

Of course, that's just my take on it. wink

actualy i think vincent would be even more sexy if he were a vampire.. i have a thing for dark/ vimpire like people.

and vincent is not insane!!!!! he's perfectly sane!! that's why he sleeps in a coufin......O.o

Vincent. Insane. Your kidding, right? If Vincent was insane, then why is always so calm? And look at the other characters! If Vincent is insane, then they belong in the world's biggest nuthouse. I'm going to say he's more misunderstood the insane, and if you consider what happened to him, well, yeah......

Sabaal has a point, sanity is relative. There's also the saying that goes "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger." And if he WAS insane, he's very good at hiding it...or he could be channeling it when he morphs. Come to think of it, he could be considered insane if you looked at his Limit Breaks as different parts of his personality, events in his life, using Sigmund Freud, or a combination of the three.

When I think about it, all four parts can be classified as Vincent's Id. They are all destructive, are released when he is under enough pressure, and only last for as long as the situation exists. Then again, I could be thinking too deeply into the subject. XD So, there's the possibility he's crazy, but he's not showing it....yet.

I dont care what anbody says Vincent rules twisted . And also since the dirge of cerberus game just came out he will get more fans[Even though the game @#%$&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stressed
