I think it looks a lot like the style used on Gaia. One thing you could do is add more detail with the shading. All the Gaia illustrations I've seen are all about that. Lots of details and lots of colors. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (Moira's hips scare the crap out of me in her shopkeeper image). The hair looks good, though. If you didn't add more shading, I don't think it would detract from the image. Adding more might if you do it in a way that's distracting (why Moira whyyyyy).
As far as technical stuff goes... One of her hands (on the viewer's right) is smaller than the other, and the area around her elbow/where her arm bends (viewer's left) doesn't have any indication of a skin fold. I assume there would be one.
I think repositioning the legs might help since people have a tendency to lean on one leg when standing. Her back leg isn't straight, so I don't imagine that it's supporting a whole lot of weight. If she's putting her weight on her front foot, I don't think it would be pulled in so far. It's certainly not impossible to stand that way, but it's not very natural, either.
To make her look more feminine/sexy you could give her slightly wider or rounder hips. You could even make her legs a little bit longer. I think you could probably get away with that without it looking weird if you wanted.
Here's a picture that might explain what I mean. I don't normally do draw-overs so I have NO idea how helpful this is...

The leg shape is a bit blah, but the pose is mostly what I was getting at. Hopefully SOME of what I said was useful or made sense!
