Usually, on my bed.
Often enough, I read in my classes instead of paying attention to lectures. sweatdrop
On a nice day, I'll sit on the porch in one of the deck chairs and read a whole bunch of manga there. It's very pleasant. mrgreen

My preferred method of reading mangas would be doing so on the soft, comfy bed.
As an added benefit, I won't have to worry too much about the problem of lighting.
