Yup, the guild is going to host an art auction to raise money for the guild for future use such as contests. So here's a quick summary:

-will be held in the main Gaia Art Auction forum
-will run for 10~20 days (specific dates will be annouced later)
-5-artist auction
-everything will go though the guild mule (setting up thread, recieve payment, etc)


Want to be involved? Here's how. I need 4 more artists to draw for this auction. If you would like to draw, please fill out the application below.



If there are only 4 applications, that means that everyone's in. If there's more, everything you wrote in your application will be taken into consideration to picking the 4 applicants. Everyone's work was so Wonderful that I wouldn't reject anyone, therefore, everyone who as applied so far was accepted. But of course, you're not doing this for just a big "thank you" from the guild. All artists will be paid 5~10% of the total profit, depending on how many pieces they are drawing.

Bumpers wanted!! Of course, we need people to keep the thread alive. You don't have to "bump", because conversations are much more friendly and more loved. Of course, bumpers will not be forgotten at the end of the auction. The reward will be based on how much help you've given. I need 2~3 bumpers.

*important* You will only be rewarded if you have gottened the job as a bumper.



Do not be offended if your application was not approved. It's nothing personal. There was just a more qualified person, not because you suck, because everyone in the guild has some kind of talent/potential. Other wise, you wouldn't be in this guild.

If I have hired you, make sure that your pm is turned ON. If I can not contact you, your possition will be given to someone else.

Artists can also apply for bumper possition, but if a none-artist applies for bumper, he/she will get the possition before the artist.


Make sure that you tell all your friends about this auction. The higher the bid, the more each of us earn.

I'd like to reserve the right to modify a pose as I see fit. As for the time needed to make a picture, I like to take my time to ensure that picture I'm making for someone will be worth their while.

Availability: I'm always online. However, this coming October 2nd, I will going to Art Institute to study the field of Game Art and Design, so my time will be cut to Friday to Monday, which is when I have no class.

Time needed to finish drawing: Depends. I don't take long to actually finish/draw a piece.. it more of an issue of getting around to it on top of my multiple real-life responsibilities.
Additional comments: This would have priority over my current commissions. Any subjects that I would not feel comfortable with are already listed on my commissions page.

Possition: Artist and bumper. (I've held a lot of auctions, for myself and joint auctions, so I know quite a lot about how they work. *R&C forum geek* I'm willing to help out in anyway I can even if I'm not chosen as an artist)
Availability: Hehe too much. xd Well sometimes I work a lot but that does'nt happend to often. I'm able to keep threads alive and answer PM's anyway.
Your offerings: It really depends on the HB. I think we should hade a ladder for the bids so the bidders know what they're bidding on and that the price is fair to the ammount of work. Ex: If the bid reaches X gold we will all draw a headshot and if reached XX gold we will all be drawing full body shots. I prefer headshots/busts anyway and I can do both CG and traditinal art. I'll draw ANY subject/character/avatar thrown at me.

Time needed to finish drawing: A few hours if I'm free. Maximum a week if I'm bisy with work.
