Marvel because of the Avengers (being the most powerful team in any universe), Silver Surfer (the most powerful hero), the best villains (Dr. Doom, Thanos, Kang, etc.), and downright better and involved storylines.

DC...they would kick everyone in the Marvel universes a**...dude all marvel has his a buttload of guys with powers...they might win by sheer number but thats preety much it ninja ninja ninja

At last count, Superman had 16 powers. It always seemed better to me to have a hero that could think his or her way out of a bad situation rather than just choose one of his or her thousands of powers. Marvel all the way, due mostly to better writing. The poll should be more fair, though.
