This is a pool for all of us group of friends from the WW&CCF and Writing Contests subforum. Basically, we have to know you for you to join in. Here's the premise: All of us friends pitch in our gold and junk so we're all contributing to one person's quest at a time. Everything from Daily Chance and whatever else you feel like pitching in. First, we have to decide an order of people whose quests to fulfill. But before that, we need to get a goodly number of interested friends in here and an idea of who we should be doing this for. Then I might start a poll and see who we all want to see succeed the most. I've got no interest in questing, myself. Long ago, I felt like the ports might be interesting because I liked how they cover one's ears, but that's not an issue for me anymore since I can turn around and my ears don't look so goofy. This is for all of you drooling over ninja headbands for whatever reason. There's a bunch of us, but we're all doing our own thing, so we crawl along at a ridiculously slow pace. If we band together and all pitch in, we can beat the inflation clock. Alone, we're just swimming against the current. We've got the power of a community here. Let's use it. I decree that Torches_of_Nero could be the mule we all dump our crap in. It's under WW&CCF control and isn't currently doing much of anything. Let me know if you see any such Quests, with out regulars.10/05/06We have decided that during the Main Quest, which is for a large item, we will take on a second, and possibly third, Quest of lesser value. This is made possible by several large donations which were taken with the understanding that they would be spread over several Quests and not just put into any one single effort. These second Quests will be taken on an as-possible basis, depending on how much the Quester has towards the item, and if our per Quest allotments will be enough to cover the rest.
It is understood that the majority of donations received will go towards the Current Main Quest unless otherwise specified by the donator.

Whoever we're questing for at the moment should send all the money they've already gathered so it can all be consolidated and the item can more easily be bought for you. Anything left over after a quest is completed will go towards the next person's quest. Torches_Of_Nero Muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuule. Send your junk and whatever gold you'd like to contribute to me. A public record of who donated what could very well lead to friction between participants. Should we make the record public, or keep it secret to avoid fights? Keep is secret I think. Avoid any confrontation. I've got the gold I've saved up so far. And I am logged out of Nero, so trades will have to wait for me to log back in, or Mahayr can do it.
Junk items that can be sold to stores I'll just sell directly. Other stuff will have to go in the marketplace.
I could sell the store items in the marketplace too, but I don't like how people jack store item prices so much, so instead of ripping anyone off, I'll just sell to the store. Got about a good ten K towards Nolah's quest just in junk store items.
Nero's sig shows the current amount of gold he's got. Nolah still hasn't sent her existing gold and junk, so expect it to jump suddenly when she does.
This first pool's going so quick because everyone's already got some money built up. Subsequent pools will go at whatever pace we all earn gold at. We'll see. Hopefully, it'll still be faster than inflation.
As contributions to the pool come in, I'll add the money to his questbar so you can see that I'm not keeping it for myself. And I'll sell crap as I can.
