I played this game all the time back in Japan. The rules are very simple.
Shiritori is word "chaining" game that very popular in Japan! One person starts out by saying Japanese word. I will start off "iro" . Since most persons are learning, you put must english in bar. The next person will try to come up with word with first syllable same as last one in "iro" which "ro" is.
You cannot use words with "n" ending. You lose will! This game generally for two-persons, but we can try more. smile
[Note: You can use "ky" as first syllable if last word ends with "ki] Example - "suki" [like] then "kyuu" [nine] "muri" [unreason] then "ryuu" [dragon]
First word - "iro" blaugh
