I find this a very interesting, and probably the most ammuzing to kill..
Onto the fact it has gay attacks, and resembles a p***s.. It's armor is pretty good if you're also gonna end up fighting Kirin and the Plesioth.
It has a 4 Resistance to Thunder and a 3 to Water, giving it a good hand in being able to take the shots that could lead to a horrible death in later fights.
But like Bahaumuts problem, if you solo the guild quests, he does indeed become a b***h if you don't find a way to obtain earmuff ability to stop his roar, it's a constant attack he does to do a jump on you or paralysze shock attack..
Preferable Armor:
I killed him with this set, but this is just me..
Ioprey Helm
Genprey Mail
Ioprey Vambraces
Ioprey Tasset
Genprey Greaves
This armor set gives Stun Duration Halved and Poison Duration Halved.
Good for if he hits you with a slam shock or a electric spit attack.
Prefered weapon, anything with a green ability to get past the natural Wyvern scale defense, and either a Poison, Paralyze, or possibly a sleep ability.. Stay away from Thunder and Water related blades/weapons, as it can possibly null or be highly ineffective.
Bahaumut can post the drops & other things, I just wanted to put in my two cents about this wyvern, I find it highly interesting, and ammusing to fight.. as it's a little pansy b***h to me 3nodding

....Why don't you go against it alone in the HR 4 guild quest with only Rathalos Soul armor....
Any way...
Suggested Weapon: Fire weapon or lance
Suggested Armor: One that either has the ability to completly nullify screams or an armor with high thunder resistance.
Weaknesses: His face, fire elemenst is the only thing that's effective in that area.
Strengths: Has high Lightning resistance and high Water resistance
Fighting Tips: Keep your weapon out at all times, I'm not kidding. I say this because of his scream. Unless you have the earmuff ability, you make sure you have a weapon that can block. I say this because unlike the description Zvahl posted; he screams, then shocks, and then jumps on you if you still happen to have 10/150 hp left from the blast. If he does get you with the scream then you better start praying. Now when you are actually fighting this thing, it is suggested that you hit it a few times and roll or block where you stand, I say this because he will usually surround his entire body with electricity if you are close. When he is up in the ceiling, look for his shadow. It may take a while for him to come down if you continuesly run around so I suggest standing there for a breif amount of time then move. Use Dung Bombs if you need to get a quick escape since it will focus it's attention on the are where you threw it at.
Description: A monster that relies mainly on smell. Be aware that it may be in the same zone as you since it can't see you which means you will not have the monster notice icon, this does not mean that it does not know you are there though. Because of this, it makes it harder to fight since you cannot do the OMFG jump to dodge it's attacks. Think of a fat, white, flabbyy, electronic like bat and you got a Khezu.
Carves: Lightning Sac, Thunder Sac, Pale lips, Pale Steak, Pale Bone, Flabby Hide, Pale Extract

a big pale chicken it sucks that you can't do the dive move when he attacks

I found him pretty easy once you get used to dodging his attacks. I don't use lance, but haven't tried; I see the use in it though.

im haven trouble with the thing hes my quest atm and the dam giaprey get in my way as i hack at it with the scythe
