Custom-Made Character Costumes
In anticipation of the new Smash Bros game, we are creating custom-made costumes for each of the confirmed characters using the high-quality character renders available
Arenas
Ruins:The structures in the background and the environment makes this stage appear as a kind of ruin. At this time, Pit from Kid Icarus is the only character (that I know of) whose game would have these ancient surroundings. This stage resembles SSB: Melee's Battlefield with a large platform located beneath three smaller platforms.
Temple:While this stage appears to be from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (with the Daein's crest), it is not for at least two reasons: 1) the flags are not similar at all (except in color), and 2) Daein is located near snowlands whilst this stage appears to have a more temperate climate. However, it is possible that this stage is from a Fire Emblem game...just not Path of Radiance.
Castle:The symbol on the flags of the castle's outer wall is identical to the flags in the Temple stage (above), which leads me to believe that they are different parts of the same stage. The stage will probably be dynamic much like the Halberd stage where you alternate fights outside and inside the castle.
Halberd:The Halberd is Meta-Knight's ship that he tried to use to take over Dream Land. The ship was featured in the SNES game Kirby Super Star in the 5th game, Revenge of Meta-Knight.
In Brawl, Halberd appears to be a moving stage, where characters rotate their fight from the ground, to the air, and (I think) on Halberd herself.
Unknown:Here is another stage we've seen from the released screenshots. The stage's structure appears mechanical and defined.
Items
Puppy:A puppy from Nintendogs approaches the screen and obstructs the view from battle.
Super Combo:When a character grabs this item, he unleashes a powerful move or combo. Each character has a unique combo.
Super Combo
Mario:Mario unleashes a series of huge fireballs that take up most of the screen.
Link:Link engages in a series of aerial combos where he continuously slashes away at his opponent. During his assult, the image of the Triforce is surrounding his foe.
Kirby:Kirby adorns a chef's hat and boils his opponent in pot (Kirby has performed this attack before in the game Kirby Super Star).
Samus:Samus unleashes a powerful blast from her arm canon. I am guessing here but I'd like to think Samus is firing with the hyperbeam seen in Super Metroid.
