the other night i was poking arond on my old WIP folder, seeing if there was any that caught my eye. i found one of my old sketches that i tried to color two years ago. i'm gonna see if i can finish up this piece:

The noses make your style alot easier for me to deal with. (last image) where did her far shin go? it looks really heavily shortened and i dont understand if it's being fore shortened or..?

It's interesting that you would say that, Page Boy... aside from the first image I find the noses jarring, especially in images 3 and 4 they seem strangely shaped, and in image 4 the shading makes me see it as a depression as opposed to popping out.

As always I'm enjoying your work from the neck down but the faces are just not doing it for me.

As always I'm enjoying your work from the neck down but the faces are just not doing it for me.
I agree, the work is really beautifully detailed but even with the noses added it still feels like something is not quite right with the faces.

quick sketch done in a similar fashion as my gaia avatar sets. made for a friend who wanted line art of her group of friends that she wanted to try and color.

I like these. The gradiation of color in the backgrounds is, I think, my favorite part. Neat idea.

Agree @ Dr. V.

I really like your coloring, and your style from the neck down, but the faces just put me off. Especially in the first image, it looks like her mouth is flat... kinda thingy. Upper lip looks like it should stick out a bit.

But I am not one to talk- I don't draw noses really either.
