Not all pregnant women have symptoms, or all of the "main symptoms". If you think you might be pregnant, you need to take a pregnancy test and go see a doctor. We can't read your mind or your body and tell you whether or not you're pregnant based on what you tell us. Therefore it's pointless to list symptoms because you need to talk to a medical professional like a doctor first. Or take the test. All we can give you is speculation.
You could try googling pregnancy symptoms too. There's also a list in the Pregnancy Sticky.

Okie. The sticky has some of the symptoms, but hearing it from a doctor would be best. Otherwise if we give you the symptoms, you might needlessly get worried and such, and then find out you're not pregnant.
Some of the more common ones are nausea, breast tenderness, breast enlargement, change in appetite, etc. And of course, the missed period. But again, not all women have them (some have none at all, or very few), and some women have all of them. So it varies from woman to woman.

The other thing you have to keep in mind is the fact that most pregnancy symptoms can be caused by other things. In fact most symptoms of early pregnancy can be symptoms of impending mentruation, your just going to have to wait it out till you take a test.
