On several "Books similar to Anita" posts you guys have commented that some of you really like the book Blood and Chocolate. I just wanted you to know that in the books forum someone said it was being made into a movie. Since we always talk about Anita being made into a movie, I thought you guys might like to know.
I have never read this book, but it would be interesting to see how it translates from a book to a movie & see if they do a decent job. If so, maybe there is hope for an Anita movie translation not being a complete failure after all.

It's about a teenage girl who is a werewolf and her pack moved to the city after her father, the leader, was killed by humans who found out what they were. It's a good coming-of-age story for teenages who need to grow up and take responsibility serisously. And yes indeed it is becoming a movie, with one of the knights from 'King Aurther' in it, you know the one that had Kira Knightly? It should be out in 2007, maybe earlier.

That's a very good book. I read it in...8th grade I think. I like it alot.

it was a geate book short but good , but the cast for the move sucks

I loved the book but half of me doesn't want to see the movie as most book based movies can be a disappointment.

THe book is a great one and I can not wait to see the movie. Espically since the director in charge is the one who directed the Underworld movies. Think its a good idea to take a boyfriend to see a werewolf movie the day it comes out on his b-day? I mean the movie comes out Jan. 26, the same day as my luv's b-day.

youngshorty It is being a film and I tell you they will destroy the book! << they always do.. *sigh. I have a video game named Bloodrayne that they made a movie from. The movie sucked real bad. -__-' i hope that because it's the directors of Underworld that it'll be a semi-okay movie at least
