What do you guys do to stay in shape. I hardly work out so I need ideas for the longer games and tourny's.

i used to lift weights, but that didnt help endurance to much

yeah so did I. now I just basically run, do push ups and punching bag. but it's not doing as much as I thought so I need to get a few more exercises into my schedule

You know it's when I started playing Paintball that I noticed how out of shape I really was.
I better get on that wink

im too lazy to start exercising agian, i mean i do have all day to do it, its just getting motivated

I need to loose a little weight anyways satellite runs are the only drill i ever h8ed, its where u find a lengthy room, adn run down do 10 sit-ups, then run back, 10 push-ups, adn u keep counting down -1 everytime u reach the wall for what u r doing, adn keep in mind u r suppsoed to be sprinting each of the runs, so u get the most effect out of it
