I know what you are thinking "How does Billy and Mandy have anything to do with Dune?" Well the episode Many the Merciless parodys God Emperor of Dune and My Fair Mandy refferances the gom jabbar, in the episode Scary Poppins Mandy uses the Bene Gesserit voice to control her mom and dad.

Iron Maiden has also done a song about Dune. It's called 'To Tame A Land'. Over the years it has become one of my favorites because of the references to Dune.

I saw the one with the Gom Jabbar.
I didnt quite understand why they'd throw a reference like that into a show for kids who've almost certainly never read any of the series.
