I'm just gunna n** this in the butt before it gets too out of hand. This has only happened twice thus far and i'd perfer it not happen again! People in the guild are turning their avatars into/making accounts that are penguaks! I do NOT appritiate this! Guild members are doing this without my permission and without even bothering to ask! I can't keep you from wearing the pingu mask nor would it be right for to try, but the idea of penguaks and the name are my creations. I put alot of hard work into them and i really don't appritiate it when guild members use ideas i took the time to think up. Please do not steal my ideas!! It hurts when people steal my ideas right out from under my beak.
The most recent thing disturbed me most. Someone actually created an account on gaia with the user name: Evil-penguak. This in itself was upsetting. I might have passed it off as coincidence if i hadn't decided to look into it more. I looked at the users profile page and he had only joined that very day! And the first thing he did was request to join the Alliance. He didn't even bother to post anywhere first! He just created the account and requested to join. I can't help but feel as though this person created the account just to upset me. This is NOT okay!
I've spent hours writing and planning the story that revolves around the penguaks! I've planned out nearly every element and I don't like it when my own guild mates mess around with it and assume things that arent true. I am very upset about what has happened and i just want to make it clear that i do not want to see this happen again. I claim all rights to Penguaks and the story i have developed around them. If you want to use themfor ANY reason whatsoever ASK! Don't just assume you have permission.
I would appritiate it if who ever created the account evil-penguak would come forward and tell me who they are. They can pm me if they wish, but i want to know who it is who did this and what they're reasoning was. I can't promise i won't be angry but if they have a valid reason for creating the account than i may be les offended. Who ever you are... WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!?
i'll understand if this thread is locked or deleted... i just want to prevent this from happening in the future. Stealing others ideas isn't right! whoever evil-penguak is please come forward.

EDIT: i consulted with the person who made the account and he agreed to change his name. To avoid discrimination against this person i wont mention what the name was changed to

It's good that your finally speaking out about it love. I also understand your getting the Whole good ol' Penguak stuffs published and copyrighted. Go you! ^_^ And to that evil-penguak fellow. You really shouldnt be such an a** and feed your own pathetic needs by jacking someone else's hard earned ideas. You say you did it because she didnt have a copywrite? Well then, i guess you just don't care about other people's feelings you low down burlap sack of horse dung. Maybe you should go and try coming up with something original? I mean, it keeps you from getting in trouble like this, and plus it feels GOOD to come up with something original.
And i am sorry for the other guild members who read this post and do not like what i have said.I hope you'll excuse me, because i do not tolerate people who upset/mess with/do other bad things to my Swiftpaw.

thats okay mister yami that particular issue has been resolved as far as i know. But still stands that i dont want people using my ideas without permission.
