I'm finding fishing very relaxing right now. If anybody wants to join me at the port of gambino, I have a room going called Filter out Trash (because at this location, it's easy to tell what's trash and what's not and let it go!) I think I'll be here past my usual 2 buckets.. 3nodding

Was great fishing/chatting with you both!! For anyone still on or wanting to join this evening, we're moving to bassken lake: Purkle Apricots (or at least fruit and I are so she can practice catching fish better!)

it was fun! i haven't fished for a number of weeks now so i really enjoyed it.
makes a real change to WANT to chat during fishing too lol i usually create a locked room so i can hide from the n00bs ninja

that is normally what sunny and i do...get in a locked room cause i honestly dont want anyone coming in trying any nasty stuff...and seems like that is what a lot of those rooms are rolleyes talk2hand

Where do you and sunny fish, butterfly? Maybe we can join you sometime!
I left the rooms unlocked, and some of the people who joined were actually quite fun to talk to as well! Usually when I fish, I join one of those Silent Fishing rooms and just fish, but it was a ball chatting with friends!

we are normally between the prot de gambino and bassken lake....normally when i make the room i put the word purkle in it...and if you see it..then use the secret word purklepurkle....that is what we usually use so we can unlock the room...and it is somethign easy to remember wink

I had such a great time fishing with you all! I finally had better luck @ Bassken Lake... I even caught some fish I had never heard of or seen before. (Keep in mind I haven't been playing regularly in quite some time! LOL)
I hope we can do it again realllll soon! heart

LOL, I bet you're right. They aren't very good at conversatin, now, are they? Besides, I've sorta learned from experience that they consider it rude to talk while fishing, as they consider it "relaxation" time.
*yawn* I'd much prefer to do it with the ladies and gossip! What fun!

You should join us at bassken one of these days, Rue. Maybe we can hear about what all's happening and see if we can figure out how to make it work better for you! 3nodding Apricotty sure had a time of it today, screaming and cursing (as I remember doing for days) and not coming up with anything but an occasional trash. And to make matters worse, a teenage boy joined who also hadn't fished before, and his first catch was a Tuna! And he filled a bucket pretty quickly! (I think boys are better natural game players though, especially ones who have been playing various games their whole childhood, and young ones with good reflexes!)

Ooooh, yes. I was quite frustrated today until we moved on to Bassken Lake. That's a wonderful place to practice (and if you don't yet have any of the advanced fishing stuff). I actually caught other fish than just guppies! (but still the occasional trash) My next goal is to get a bucket of nothing but fish there! Now to just get more bait through the DC and hoarde it for more practice! hehehehe

(By the way, I still don't believe that kid was new at fishing like he claimed. hahahaha)

I don't know if guys are necessarily better than girls. I let hubby fish for me here a while back... just to see if he could do it... and it was too funny... I was literally rolling watching him play. Then to top it all off... every time he'd miss one he'd cuss and blame it on my mouse rofl He did manage to pull in 2 pieces of trash for me rofl Which one was a can so that was one less I had to worry about collecting whee
