I sit at the end of the dock my legs swaying back and forth i felt better now that i had learned soem real jutsus.

Trowa suprises me and i fall in to the water. I swim up to the surface adn stare at him. "Thanks i wnated to be all soggy." I say kinda pouty sounding.

I look at his hand and say. "You dotn need to help." I hold my hands to gether and gather my chakra in my feet i slowly float up to the top of the water. I get back on to the docks and then focus my chakr on my body it quickly repels all the water out of my clothes. "There." I smile at him kindly. "Thanks for the offer in the mist no one would have offered to help me."

I stare at the watter. "They are weak though. They have limited use of there jutsus they need water dry that up and they are useless. ONly the most powerful techniques can pull water from there body and tey protect there techniques so not even the genin learn about there most powerful ones." I sigh adn sit back down on the edge of the dock.

I adjust the headband on my forehead. "If they coem for me ill go with them." ((Sorry i have to go the lib is closing now.))

I stand up adn preform soem hand sings then say. "Mizu no Muchi." Water comes out and up to my hand it looks liek a whip i then focus chakra in to my feet i walk out on to the waterand start to whip the water small electrical charges are released with each hit. the way i was moving sseemed liek i was dancing.

I stop. "Its interesting yes but its origins are terrible." I start to dance again and tell the story of the whip. "The Mizu no Muchi was a trainign device used in the Mist. After years of it being used on the students i learned how to do it. If we fail we get whipped even the adults if they fail a mission get whipped." My words sounded as if i had known the full exstent of the pain of thsi jutsu. "It emits an electric charge the charge's power depends on hwo much chakra is put in to it." I continue to dance then when i finsh i dop the whip. "Thats the purpose of the Mizu no Muchi."
