I've been thinking about getting a custom guitar (not yet, I'm broke gonk ) A friend of mine told me to either go with either Jackson or some other brand that I can't really remember ^^'
What should I go with?
((Oh, and the custom would look like the guitar Russel, a guitarist from Bloc Party, used in the video "Pioneers" ))

If you want a true custom, talk to Steve at Benford Guitars or talk to your shop teacher...

Shop teacher does not equal Luthier. Not at all. At least not one that I'd go to for a nice custom guitar.

Well I am looking into a custom guitar to, and I am planning on going to a friend of mine's dad, who is the manager of a shop called Celtic Guitars, who built a guitar for Herman Li. blaugh [/namedrop]

Shop class, eh? I'll have to look into that next year 8D
Or I could do a sketch and bring it to a guitar shop/ the shop class.

The nicest guitars I`ve ever played were 2 custom made guitars owned by my guitar teacher. I`m not sure what make it is. All I know is that a local guy made them. Its his version of a Telecaster and a Les Paul.

It'd be cool to have a cuztom guitar if I got a custom I would have to really stand out so it gotta be firebird or X-Plorer or sumtin y'know that would be wiked awesome.
