Well, so far they look pretty nice; I like your grass in the first picture, and the shading is well done. Can't think of anything to critique, so just keep it up!

I think your main issue is anatomy at this point. Reference pictures could turn your drawings incredible. It might also help to draw out the basic shapes of the animal before you do the final sketch.

First I would like to point out that you have the basic down well enough that all I have is fine tuning. Now, To simplify matters I will just critique the picture of the brother lions(?).
The lions: As was said, the anatomy is the thing to fix. The heads are close, but the left one needs help. I concur with ML, reference pictures seem like a good way to deal with things like that. A tip I have for the anatomy is to lightly sketch the bone structure. This gives a lot of help for posing, placing limbs and visualizing while you draw.
The tree: Take some of the detail put into the grass and aply it to the bark. This will balence the detail in the picture. You can use the level of detail in the bark to help show the size of the tree. If you look at large trees vrs. small trees you should see what I mean. This can help a lot with giving your pictures scale.
The grass: Wonderful. Nothing to add here. I just wanted to end on a positive note. Keep the grass as is. With some polishing on the other features this would be a great picture, not that it isn't good already.
