Well, everyone who read Twilight knows that Bella is immune to vampire powers. . . What if she can't be turned because of it? What if she is immune to their bites, too? I know James bit her, and she started to feel as though she was on fire, but maybe it wouldn't have done anything? I don't know, I'm probably thinking too much into it. . . sweatdrop

I think she's just immune to the special powers, not regular vampire powers.. though i wonder.. if Bella is supposed to be immune to vampire powers then why can jasper affect her mood? and how can alice see her in her visions?

I never thought of that xp its easier to understand alice's power because it isnt not like its being used on her but jasper i dont understand... hopefully stephenie will explain this in the next book. ^.^

Alice's power is physical, and Jaspers is physical (its not mental). Now, edward's power is definetely mental. its all about mental. it makes him almost mental. this wasnt my theory, it was someoneleses of greater power. they may or may not have gotten it from the great writer herself, i am not sure. i wish i could remember. hope this makes ya think!

I think she might be immune to only some of the powers, but likte Alices and Jaspers she is fine. Darn I need to read New Moon again does anyone remember if she was immune to ummm oh what was his name one of the king dudes.

I laughed at Bella for a good ten minutes at the end of New moon, because if she'd kept her mouth shut after James had biteh her she would've been a vampire!!
